After the EU Parliament's plenary vote on April 20, MiCA has cleared its last formal hurdle this morning.
It was adopted by the Council of the EU (EU member states) - a purely formal vote after the political agreements last year.
Next steps:
1) Publication in the official journal of the EU (shortly)
2) Entry into force 20 days after that
3) Entry into application

U.S. Bitcoin Corp (USBTC) unveiled its ambitious plan to unleash a formidable army of 150,000 bitcoin mining machines.

👉 Even if 2 traders can see the same graph differently and obtain different results... in the case of $BTC some guys are absolutely looking for all the reasons (even with no-sens!) to try to explain that its price should drop and below 20K... whereas since the beginning of the year, #BTC's price structure shapes a rather clean bullish channel respecting the different phases, with impulsive waves to breakout any resistance in order to reach higher prices but also by creating accumulation ranges for week/month(s), before seeing some pullbacks on previous high price supports to bounce from there and start a new cycle with same phases to bring #BTC price towards new highs slowly, BUT with confidence & solidity!

The trend is said to be sideways and may vary depending on circumstances BUT here in the case of BTC it is clearly an uptrend. Once this range is broken it can lead to larger moves, but until the range is intact the move cannot be clearly predicted >>> It's why most BTC analysis today are just a fully waste of time.
⚠️ The longer this period, the stronger the next impulse wave will be, reducing also the risk of a return to low prices.

✅ Thai baht depreciation against US dollar⁉️
🚩On last week, all the media were unanimous in explaining that the Baht is depreciating because of 3 reasons: (1) the uncertainties of the current elections, (2) the depreciation of the yuan and (3) the outlook for the FED's monetary policy.
👉 As I like to tease, I just added the price structure line (yellow color) of the US dollar index in 3 different TAs including baht and yuan.
⚠️ The result is clear with a strong correlation between the baht and the dollar index. The Baht therefore only follows the dollar, and regardless of the news that has no effect on its trend.
