✅ Determining Where to Set Your Stop-Loss? (Part 2/3)
👉 Each trader should evaluate its own risk tolerance to determine stop-loss placements, is all about targeting an allowable risk threshold. When we share a trading signal with "Buying Price Range: 625-650" and "Stop-loose: -13%", that's mean we bought at 625, then we estimate that our S/L should be placed at 543, or even a bit under depending on the last lowest price (in the example the last support is at 530, so 528-529 will be our S/L level).
👉 In case you bought at a higher price 640 or 650, you will have to adapt your S/L to be if possible near a support, not too closed, not too far. Always have in mind that due to the high volatility in crypto, the first 48 hours are the most decisive on the trend that the asset will take, up or down! That's the reason we can start with a S/L a bit lowest before coming back to Breakeven.
