I am feeling more frustrated. 🤬 You can sense my conviction on Dyna-Mac given the number of videos I have done pounding on them. Atlantic Navigation and Dyna-Mac have lots of potential and are now being sold so early into the rally! Sigh!
Dyna-Mac's largest shareholder was the Estate of Lim Tze Jong (32%) who has become a passive investor with no representation on the board. Hence, it is easy for Hanwha Group to take full control.

Offer of 0.60, not final offer and reserved the rights for revising the offer. Condition of the offer would be the offerer to have at least 50% by the time the offer close
Our view is that the offer may be slightly on the lower end but it’s considered a fair offer. Our last TP was 0.64. There is also a good chance that they might raise the offer to cross 50% and have controlling stake as they have stated this is not the final offer.
