COLUMBIA/BARNARD, YOU CAN’T HIDE!
📍Columbia/Barnard, NYC
This week, Columbia and Barnard suspended, expelled, and revoked degrees from a total of 22 students for protesting the genocide in Palestine. In a single day, Columbia issued 9 expulsions. Last weekend, Columbia University helped ICE kidnap a Palestinian student, Mahmoud Khalil, from his home. ICE is currently detaining him in Louisiana. Yesterday, only one day before contract bargaining was set to begin, Columbia expelled the President of UAW 2710 Student Workers of Columbia Union.
The university recognizes and is terrified by the power of the students and of all people in solidarity with Palestinian liberation!

Hello all:
Today, just days after Momodou sued Donald Trump, plain clothed agents from an unidentified law enforcement agency made what we believe to be an attempt to detain and deport Momodou. We filed for emergency relief with the federal judge assigned to our case demanding she order the government to cease its attempt to deport Momodou. This is a flagrant attack on his right to seek redress from the government through the courts. This is part of an unprecedented breakdown of separation of powers unfolding before our eyes. We will update you when we hear from the court.
The government is testing the response of the campus community. Peaceful protests tomorrow would be entirely appropriate if you think they could be organized. Otherwise the federal agents will be back and they'll continue to threaten Momodou. At this point even an order from the district court may not even stop them. Thank you for all of your support.

Last week, the Al-generated news platform "Jewish Onliner" targeted Yale scholar Helyeh Doutaghi with a falsified report, featuring baseless allegations of an obvious misinformation campaign.
After its publication, Yale Law School violated due process and moved to dispose of Doutaghi by placing her on academic leave, effectively validating the report.
This is not surprising: Academics face heightened levels of repression from anti-Palestinian institutions, all happy to condemn scholars and thereby cement their alliances with Zionism.
In the wake of Yale's decision, Helyeh tells us: "I will not be intimidated. I will not retreat. I remain steadfast in my commitment to the liberation of our peoples from U.s. imperialism, to justice, to truth, and to the unbreakable solidarity that binds us in the struggle for a Free Palestine."

Badar Khan Suri, a postdoctoral fellow in peace and conflict studies at Georgetown, was detained by DHS agents on March 17 near his home in Arlington, VA. The US government also revoked his J-1 visa. This came after pro-Israel groups doxed and targeted Suri and his wife. Suri was transferred to an ICE facility in Virginia, then to Louisiana, where he remains without contact with family or lawyers.
Suri’s detention follows the recent arrest of Columbia graduate Mahmoud Khalil and Trump’s executive order targeting campus speech on Palestine. Georgetown students are fearing a wider campus crackdown and demanding the school act on Suri’s behalf.

At 7am this morning an autonomous action gathered on the front lawn of UPenn President Larry Jameson to wake him up from his comfortable slumber as he allows the university to fund Israel's genocide against the Palestinians through investments and providing shelter and resources to Ghost Robotics and the
GRASP labs which industrialize the current mass extermination campaign.

🚨 TOMORROW 5:30 PM — join us at the headquarters of the criminal New York Times as we honor the last will & testament of the martyr Hossam Shabat: "keep fighting. keep telling our stories."
Hossam once tweeted that "the New York Times has the blood of 15,000 children on its hands." he held Western media to account for the genocide of his people. we must do the same.
