Aldi Suisse ist einfach 🥇 für Recycling. Wir haben schon berichtet das TOP Angebot für Recycling in der Filiale. Aldi Suisse hat jetzt eine Kampagne lanciert, wo z.B. Käse, Obst darauf ist mit "ich habe nicht ... Monate gereift / usw. um dann im 🗑 zu landen". Wieder eine 🥇 für Aldi.

Wir hatte wegen des Zivildiensts 3 Monate beim Migros Recycling gearbeitet. Zusammenfassung? EINE KATASTROPHE! Ausser der Fakt, dass sie behinderte ausnützen!, mit 💩 mit kaum Lohn, werden SO VIELE SACHEN einfach WEGGEWORFEN, auch alle Fan Artikeln nach z.B. UEFA-Fußball-Europameisterschaft! Wirklich eine Schande für Migros!

Nun da wir schon über das Thema "Einkaufen" sprechen, hier einige Tips:
1) Wenn Sie in der Nähe wohnen (z.B. 2 Minuten zu Fuss) können Sie täglich gehen, sonst gehen sie 1-2x pro Woche oder auch weniger. Wir habe gesagt, dass ältere Menschen SBB nehmen. Man muss auch sagen, dass diese die erste sind, die täglich mit dem Auto dort gehen, um einfach nichts zu kaufen! Das ist nur Verschmutzung. Wenn möglich die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzen.
2) Minimal kaufen (vor allem Produkte die schnell ablaufen, also alles was mit Proteine oder Obst/Gemüse zu tun hat ...).
3) Wählen sie eher ❄️ Produkte. Vor allem wenn man keine Bodybuilder/Sportler ist, wo man genau weisst, dass Mittwoch um 15.00 essen ich xxx (also keine wöchentliche Planung). Das gilt auch für Menschen, die ja nach Lust essen, denn sonst muss man Obst usw. wegwerfen, statt nur von ❄️ herauszunehmen ...
4) Wählen Sie High Protein Produkte oder proteinreiche Produkte. Man bekommt mehr Proteine für wenig Produkt. Diese scheinen teuer zu sein, aber man muss der Preis pro 30 g Proteine schauen, nicht der Preis im Einkaufsgeschäft! (das gilt auch für die vegane Ernährung!!!). Zudem statt 3 Joghurt zu essen, muss man nur 1 essen .. und auch weniger Kuhmilch ist nötig für die Herstellung. Vor allem nützlich bei Senioren:innen.

5) Kaufen Sie grosse Verpackungen (aber nicht um dann sie zu wegwerfen), somit weniger recycliert werden soll, oder benutzen Sie z.B. die offene Getreidespender
6) Eher keine Plastiksäcke
7) Beim Recycling, separieren Sie die Sache richtig! Wir haben schon berichtet das Chaos mit gemischten Sachen.

9) Wählen Sie auch vegane Produkte / Lebensmittel. Wir haben alle Preise und Proteingehalte beim Migros und Coop vergleicht. Obwohl es gibt viele 💩 vegane Produkte mit kaum Proteine, zudem sind sie teuer (z.B. fast alle Milchprodukte, Fisch, wie veganer Thunfisch mit nur 1g Proteine pro 100 g; zudem je nach Marke ist der Proteingehalt auch anders!. Beispiel: Alpro Proteindrink 2.1 CHF pro 30 g Proteine vs 1.22 CHF Emmi High Protein Milch bei Coop vs 1.19 CHF normales Milch), sind Produkte wie Bratwurst, Geschnetzeltes, Hackfleisch (z.B. M-Budget Plant-Based mit 40% Proteine für 1.5 CHF pro 30g Proteine vs Prix Garantie Hackfleisch 33% für 1.88 CHF), Soja Schnetzel, Kichererbsen, Gelberbsen, Linsen, Bohnen billiger. Bei Aldi und Lidl sind die Preise noch tiefer, wir haben jedoch dort die Preise nicht vergleicht, da die Mehrheit bei Migros geht.
10) Produkte nicht sofort wegwerfen, wenn sie am Ende noch gut sind
11) Bzgl. 9, man kann aber nicht nur einfach Preis oder Proteingehalt betrachten, denn man muss auch das Tierwohl betrachten. Also auch wenn vegane Produkte teuer sind, ist das nicht einen Grund um es nicht zu kaufen. Aber immer Proteingehalt vergleichen
12) Wenn keine vegane Produkte, dann eher Bio / Regional auswählen wie wir schon https://t.me/VeganFactsTelegram/65 geschrieben haben.

As always, just money is important for the humanity. Politicians are able to talk a lot, but at the end countries did almost nothing until now to change the situation. Um korrekt zu sein, sollte man auch diese Statistik in der Analyse betrachten ... denn natürlich hat San Marino tiefere Werte als Brazil, was jedoch nicht alles sagt. Deutschland mit weniger Bevölkerung hat z.B. mehr als Mexico (jedoch gibt es dort eine steigende Tendenz).
