3 men plotting to kill PM Modi arrested; offered to carry out attack in email to US' CIA

Buxar Police in Bihar arrested three people, including a man named Aman Tiwari, for allegedly plotting to assassinate PM Narendra Modi.

Police said the accused sent an email to US' Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), offering to attack PM Modi in exchange for money.

They allegedly set a timeframe of 22 days, police added.
