Warsaw 1968. Public outrage at war started by Israeli strike, the 6 day war. Polish jews sympathized with Israel, leading to Polish president calling them a 5th column on live tv, and saying if they like Israel so much they should move there.
This came after a faction inside Polish communist party gained power over the "muscovite" faction, jews who came on back of soviet tanks and had more power during Stalinism.
The minister of Interior, Mieczysลaw Moczar, went around Poland firing many jews for zionism.
Around 80% of Polish jews left Poland at this time, the government taking away their passports and denying their children Polish citizenship.

Polish government update: Duda gave Prime Minister Morawiecki 2 weeks to make a government. If he can't(likely won't be able to) a new Prime Minister will be chosen from liberal opposition.
A lot of people think Morawiecki is jewish. I don't think so. I think he lied about being jewish to Israeli delegation and media for clout (in Poland his nickname is Pinocchio)
His dad gave interviews clarifying they are not jewish. His dad being former Marshal of the Sejm is well known person.
