have you ever missed a course at university? I studied at 3 universities (ULIM - International Relations, Romanian-American University - Faculty of Law, SNSPA - Master in Conflict Analysis and Resolution) and I had absences, but the university never created a disciplinary committee to sanction me because I had absences! At ESFAM, where I have a master's degree in a management and administration des entreprises faculty, I never missed a university course, but I did not go to a meeting with the director of the University (which was also not mandatory) and the director of the University created a disciplinary committee to be punished! I filed a criminal complaint with the general prosecutor's office of Bulgaria against the director of ESFAM, and on January 10, 2024, I received an email from the director that I should attend the meeting on January 11, 2024 (which was not even mandatory - it is mandatory to participate in the courses that are written in hyperplaning), on the same day I replied to the director by email that I will not participate in this meeting because of "conflicts of interest"! On the 12th I received this letter in which I informed that I must attend the disciplinary commission on January 22, 2024! (that is, the person against whom I filed a criminal complaint created a disciplinary commission to interrogate and sanction me! obviously on January 12, 2024 I filed a criminal complaint against the director of ESFAM! I will come back with a journalistic investigation about the activity of the general prosecutor's office of Bulgaria and obviously about the activity of this individual who considers himself above any law!

on November 14, 2023 I filed a criminal complaint against the director of ESFAM, Nicolas Mainetti! the evidence that I submitted to the general prosecutor's office is enough to imprison Nicolas Mainneti! Since Nicolas Mainneti found out that I filed a criminal complaint against him, he (Nicolas Mainneti) created a disciplinary committee to sanction me and find out more details about the criminal complaint that I filed with the prosecutor's office! I was sanctioned by the commission created by Nicolas Mainneti because I filed a criminal complaint against the director of ESFAM Nicolas Mainneti! In the meantime, I filed a complaint with the general prosecutor's office of Bulgaria for obstruction of justice, abuse of office! Today I found out that the director of ESFAM canceled my student scholarship (250 euros) and also the amount of money that was intended for accommodation (250 euros)! There are desperate attempts by the director of ESFAM to escape from prison and the witness!

in accordance with art 213 (paragraph 2) criminal procedure code I appealed the decision N 54 958/ 23 SRP! I'm interested: even after the journalistic investigation done by me in which I proved that Nicolas Mainneti used the fake address to open visas for over a hundred people, thus lying to the students who went to the Bulgarian embassies with the fake address, they lied to the Bulgarian ambassadors of about 20 countries and obviously to the management of the Gorna Banya hotel, who did not even know that their hotel was being used to open visas!
