🇺🇦 Основна тактика противника для створення картинки «побєдного шествія» — інфільтрація. Він у погану погоду проходить між нашими позиціями та вивішує свої прапори, замальовуючи населений пункт. Цим ворог намагається посіяти паніку в підрозділах Сил оборони.

Необхідно звернути увагу на боротьбу з інфільтрацією противника та виділити ресурси для створення антидиверсійних резервів. Це складний процес, як і тримання другої лінії. Але щоразу, коли погодні умови сприяють, росіяни не полишають своїх спроб проникнути вглиб бойових порядків і заховатися десь по підвалах.

Через це з’являється загроза для наших пілотів дронів та логістичних шляхів, бо навіть двоє росіян у тилу можуть наробити лиха. Тому ми працюємо над технікою вибивання цих «флаговтиків» зі щілин, куди вони забиваються.

🇺🇸 The enemy’s main tactic to create the image of a “victorious march” is infiltration. In bad weather, they move between our positions and raise their flags, portraying the settlement as captured. In this way, the enemy tries to sow panic among the units of the Defense Forces.

It is necessary to focus on countering enemy infiltration and allocate resources to create anti-sabotage reserves. This is a complex process, as is holding a second line. But whenever weather conditions are favorable, the russians do not abandon their attempts to penetrate deep into our battle formations and hide somewhere in basements.

As a result, a threat emerges to our drone pilots and logistical routes, because even two russians in the rear can cause serious damage. Therefore, we are working on techniques to flush these “flag-bearers” out of the cracks and hiding places where they hole up.

Працюю безпосередньо на напрямках виконання бойових завдань у Південній операційній зоні.

Під час чергової робочої поїздки відвідав частини, які наступають, та частини, які тримають оборону на одній із ключових ділянок фронту.

Провів предметну нараду з командирами. Обговорили стан виконання бойових завдань, проблемні питання та пропозиції щодо їх вирішення. Визначили першочергові кроки для посилення оборони і забезпечення наших підрозділів. Логістика, евакуація поранених, безперебійний підвіз боєприпасів, технічний супровід підрозділів - необхідні умови нашої стійкості.

Ситуація на цій ділянці складна. Противник продовжує чинити тиск, активно застосовує для інфільтрації малі штурмові групи, використовує артилерію, безпілотні засоби, подекуди - бронетехніку.

Але наші воїни не лише тримають оборону а й успішно діють в наступальній операції.
З кінця січня цього року на Олександрівському напрямку угруповання ДШВ та суміжні підрозділи відновили контроль над 400 кв. км території та вісьмома населеними пунктами.

Мав честь особисто відзначити військовослужбовців 82-ї та 95-ї десантно-штурмових бригад за мужність, витримку і професійність у бою.

Подякував кожному, хто щодня тримає стрій. Окремо поспілкувався з нашими воїнами. Їхні впевненість, спокій і бойовий дух - незламні.

Наш план незмінний: ефективне виконання поставлених завдань із максимальним збереженням життя й здоров’я наших захисників і захисниць, посилення обороноздатності та нарощування спроможностей на кожній ділянці фронту.

Працюємо системно і злагоджено, щоб звільнити українську землю.

Kostyantynivka direction. This morning, after a series of Russian airstrikes (starting with this: https://x.com/AudaxonX/status/2019373838161834339), the gates of the dam indicated in the photo collapsed, and the water from the Khrushchovskyi reservoir is currently flowing towards the Novoselivka district.
This will further complicate the already very precarious logistics to the Berestok sector.

Kostyantynivka-Shakhove directions, general update.

Predtechyne sector: all Russian assault actions were unable to go over the red zone. Without changes.

Ivanopillya sector: Russian forces attacked west of Pleshchiivka, with unknown results.

Berestok sector: Russian forces attacked south and southeast of Berestok, with unknown results.
Hints suggest that some Russians that infiltrated the city back in early February might still be present in the Ukrainskyi Khutir district, for now without reliable confirmation.
The same is true for some Russians that might be present just west of the Pivdennyi quarter.

Stepanivka sector: Russian forces are present just east of the village but did not attack Stepanivka itself.

Rusyn Yar: No Russian activity was recorded.

Sofiivka: Russian attacks were unable to go over the red zone. No changes.

Shakhove: No Russian attacks recorded except for some unorganized movement in the red zone.

Pokrovsk - Myrnohrad directions, general update.

Rodynske sector: Russian forces are present in the easternmost buildings of the town and were recorded about 500 meters from the gray zone west of Rodynske. Generally without changes.

Myrnohrad: no Russian activity recorded.

Pokrovsk: small Russian movements recorded inside the red zone.

Не бачу ніякого сенсу, коли вже ось-ось розпочне свій відлік п'ятий рік війни, ставити за одиницю виміру успіхів на полі бою - відбиті квадратні кілометри територій, тим більше у співставленні з успіхами противника ми значно поступаємось, особливо коли СОУ ведуть оборонні бої по всій ЛБЗ і бої наступального характеру в оперативному масштабі малоймовірні найближчим часом в силу обстановки та особливостей даного етапу війни.

Вибачте за прямоту, але краще вже буде пишатись наведенням порядку в організаційній структурі війська, в його забезпеченні необхідними засобами, призначення на посади дійсно компетентних людей, що в сукупності надасть можливості підрозділам продовжувати оборонний бій і навіть нарощувати засоби та ресурси, ніж намагатись при першій же нагоді озвучувати цифри площі звільнених територій, проте до звільнення цих земель ще дуже далеко, бо вони повністю розбиті, а мирне життя туди повернеться не скоро.

p.s. реально звільнені та реанімовані до нормального життя лише ті території, які були деокуповані впродовж 2022-го року.

Also, a couple of weeks ago it was possible for some trapped Ukrainian soldiers in the Toretsk (!) operational zone to attempt a retreat in the deep red zone to friendly positions.
Unfortunately, they were trapped many kilometers behind enemy lines and suffered such casualties along the way that only about 20% of them made it safely to the rear.

This is just one description of events that unfortunately happen along all the contact line during a retreat, which are often organized terribly or simply not ordered because of incompetent commanders.
Such mistakes cost lives, which could've been used incomparably better by ordering a retreat and redeploying them to continue defensive operations in a safer position.

Ternuvate direction.

After geolocations showing Russian presence in Kosivtseve and reports about the capture of Rizdvianka by Russian forces, maps featuring massive red zones again started to circulate online.
Such information is incorrect and does not reflect reality at all.

Rizdvianka: if Ternuvate was a rear zone, Rizdvianka is even more so. The village remains under firm Ukrainian control.

Ternuvate: the town remains under firm Ukrainian control, with the usual rear services that I had mentioned in previous posts still calling it a useful base. In total, the peak Russian presence in the town numbered around 30 soldiers.
Lately, 3 Russians were found during a routine patrol, but this event is likely referable to some Russian remains from the infiltrations of some weeks ago or an extremely lucky, more recent infiltration. Such events can be comparable to remaining Ukrainian positions in Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk, which do not form an organized resistance anymore and are insignificant.
Furthermore, lately some forced civilian evacuations were carried out, and even some farm animals were found. In fact, civilians hinder Ukrainian defensive efforts when located at or near the contact line, as the Ukrainians can't shell that building (or some civilians choose to help hide Russian infiltrators. For example, this happened in Kupyansk).

Kosivtseve: This village also remains under Ukrainian control. The presence of a singular Russian soldier there does not represent in any way continued Russian presence but rather either remains, just like for Ternuvate, or a very lucky infiltration.

The first two clips show a typical Ukrainian obstacle line, in this case in the Pokrovsk direction.
Indeed, sometimes, when they're in the back of a side, they still act as logistical chokepoints, just like in this video.
