I still have the TBI... That will be a much longer recovery. I don't feel ready to go back 😞

By the way! I'm planting a swamp white oak in this picture!

Swamp white oaks are ideal for my local area, as it is primarily wetlands! They are native to the region, naturally tolerant of wet and periodically flooded soils (and most conditions, actually!), and provide critical habitat and food sources for local wildlife while helping to stabilize shorelines and filter runoff.

Not to mention they are long lived and pretty! 🍂

hey little ones and big ones ... my mom passed away on Monday following a touch and go situation after she had a stroke last month. Despite the situation, this was still an unexpected outcome and we are all devastated and in shock.

I'll be around sporadically; might post finished art occasionally or draw if the mood strikes, but commissions are on hold and I won't be keeping up with comments or DMs for a while. thanks for understanding 🕊️
