The grief is hitting me impossibly hard today.

My mother was always incredibly supportive of my art and presence in the furry fandom. She was an artist as well, and I'm going to try to find some of her pieces and post pictures of them. She mostly did pottery painting in her later years, as well as flower arrangements, knitting and fiber arts, and general crafting.

When I found the fandom in like highschool, she helped me attach the tail I wore in highschool, no matter how cringe and embarrassing that all was looking back on it now.

She loved seeing my art, and absolutely adored the babyfur pieces I made lately for their cuteness and nostalgia.

My mom, my nana, and my father have all shaped me into the creature I am today. Their support, love, and creativity inspires my own. My father and I hold the line, though our family has expanded to include partners and friends. I am grateful.

So we are almost at 200 subscribers! I'm thinking for the milestone raffle, I raffle off that one slot (green) for the pride piece that's a little atypical in terms of being between a full and half body, thoughts?

We hit 200 subscribers!!!! I'm going to think of a raffle idea and post it sometime this weekend. The art likely won't be started until June <3

so a friend was asking for some art advice, pertaining to guidelines and such. Thus, I made a timelapse of making an otter headshot!

I know there's a lot of other aspiring artists in this chat, so I wanted to share!

There's a lot glaringly wrong, since this was a speed draw. Eyes are too far apart, for one. If this was a commission, I would have also sketched out the 3d contours of the cheeks, ears, around the eyes etc.

Longer term project, working on a P2U puppy base :3

Gonna have like 5-6 ears, tails, a few hair floofs, a couple body floofs.

Might add collar and diaper and bandana as accessories.
