Alright peanut gallery!!! I finished this massive commission! But I would love your feedback. The one with the larger shadow behind the furs to the left is realistic given how the light is low and angled from the chair. But it seems that one can be a little scary with the big shadow for little ones.
The one with it smaller is less realistic but an artistic choice. Apparently that one is more cute!

So my class for grad school starts next week. To new supporters, I am in a Master's program where there are 3 semesters a year, 10 weeks each. During that time I don't take on commissions, and may or may not draw. I may still do personal pieces or chip away at trades, but expect things to slow during that time. So following a severe health event, I am not taking classes this semester. So, I am still trying to do art, but the damage from the health event has everything taking a lot longer, and I can only manage to work on maybe an hour tops of art a day.
Additionally, if you DM me to chat, and I don't reply: screen time is physically painful right now, so I'm not looking at messages as much and I often lack the stamina to articulate a reply. This post in and of itself took a week almost to write

So I'm really struggling to make new fresh art because of brain damage (which is healing! Just slow), so I'm playing with art and lines I've already made before my stroke in coloring or learning new tools or alterations.
