Google quietly released Pixel 6 fingerprint sensor calibration tool
XDA Developers
As the Pixel 6 went for a on-screen fingerprint sensor, if you happen to do a screen replacement for the phone, the sensor will no longer work. Well, Google quietly released fingerprint sensor calibration tool on Pixel Update and Repair tool site to solve the issue.
Currently so far, no custom ROMs is available for the Pixel 6 series. Well, if you start to mess around with ROMs or other modifications on your Pixel 6, you will probably need to use the tool to recalibrate the fingerprint sensor on your phone.
The tool is released, but no one has tried it out and report how it works though, so no guarantee that it will work for all people. Maybe you will also need to factory reset the device in order to start to use the fingerprint sensor.

Fingerprint scanner icon will be missing on AOD if you change the animation speed on your Pixel 6
9To5Google
Pixel 6 comes with on-screen fingerprint scanner. It shows where the fingerprint scanner located at with a fingerprint icon on top of it when your device is in always-on-display, but if change the animation speed on your device, the icon indicator could go missing.
Spotted by someone on Reddit, to fix the issue, just go to Developer settings in the device and switch back animation speed to 1x. With animation speed off, the icon indicator is still there though. It could be fix in a future software update by Google.

Changing animation speed on Google’s Pixel 6 series can break the fingerprint scanner on AOD
If you change a specific, advanced setting on Pixel 6, it can have the side effect of breaking the fingerprint scanner in some places.

It's not just you, Pixel 6 phones are randomly calling your contacts
Android Authority
Halloween has passed and Google still want to celebrate it till now, lol. If you own a Pixel 6, the device might randomly called someone from your contacts, creepy!
Someone on Reddit has posted a thread about the glitch which randomly call someone during the night, and a lot of people actually faced it on their Pixel 6. On the Pixel Phone support thread, it the same story, with many people reporting butt dial when their phone is in the pocket.
Some users also noted that it keeps calling the same number rather than a random contact, which some people suggests to delete the said number as a workaround to get rid of the issue.

Google pushes a fix for Pixel 6 phones' random calling bug (Update)
A new Google Pixel 6 series bug has emerged, with the phones randomly calling contacts. It seems like Google Assistant could be to blame.
It's a feature - not a bug!

Some Pixel 6 out there can be unlocked with unregistered fingerprints
Android Police
Many Pixel 6 owners recently reported issues they faced with the phone, one of the recent one is ghost dialing random contacts. Another recent report shows that the phone can be unlocked with unregistered fingerprints which is even worse.
Someone on Reddit posted that his wife can unlock the phone with her index finger, but the owner stated the only registered fingerprint on the phone is his own thumb. He also attached a video to the thread showcasing the issue.
The original poster stated that he is using Omotion screen protector on his Pixel 6, apparently it isn't related. A guy commented that he is also able to reproduce the issue without a screen protector. It an odd case which Google need to resolve it as soon as possible.
By the way, Google commented on Twitter to someone that "the Pixel 6 fingerprint sensor utilizes enhanced security algorithms," now it seems fake after reading the report above, lol.

Your Pixel 6 fingerprint sensor may break if it runs out of battery
Android Authority
Don't know how much issue Pixel 6 is going to face, but recently out there it reported that the phone can be unlocked with unregistered fingerprints. And another new report emerged saying that when the Pixel 6 run out of battery, it will disable the fingerprint sensor.
Someone on Reddit posted a thread regarding the issue, and many people also seems to face it too. Their Pixel 6 drain to 0%, then after charging the phone and reboot, they find the fingerprint sensor to be not functioning anymore. Factory reset the device appears to be the only way to fix it, which is also confirmed.
Though there a person reported that they faced the issue without draining all the battery yet still facing the issue, suggesting it could be some other reasons causing it (according to the article). Anyway, it is reported on Google Issue Tracker and hopefully Google can be aware of the issue and fix it as soon as possible.
*By the way, you shouldn't fully drain your phone battery if possible, as it degrade the battery much faster, resulting in shorter battery life.

Apparently if a Pixel 6 runs out of battery, it breaks the fingerprint sensor
According to multiple users on Reddit, a fully empty battery can permanently break the Google Pixel 6 fingerprint sensor.

Google might add Face Unlock on the Pixel 6 in a future software update
XDA Developers
Earlier leaks hinted that Pixel 6 will be getting face unlock feature, but end up didn't launching. There still chance it could surface though.
XDA Recognized Developer Freak07 (also the guy who released the first Pixel 6 custom kernel) spotted some evidences inside Pixel 6 kernel source code. It suggests that the Pixel 6 Face Unlock feature is given the codename "Tuscany," and was working to improve its impact on the battery by boosting the CPU clusters for a more precise time window.
Anyway no one is clear why Google drop the feature, probably due to some critical issues like the fingerprint sensor (lol), the evidence are still kept which suggests Google could be bringing it in a future update.
