....got a bushcraft knife i made out of an old meat cleaver many years ago, it lives behind the door in the van, so tends to get a bit rusty....I made a sheath for it today out of an old handbag from the charity shop....fairly pleased with the outcome....might polish the blade and finish it properly one of these days....

....the weather has been lovely here for the past few days, had quite a bit of time in the garden....a few of the kale are recovering after the vicious attack, as i have covered them now, we've also planted a lot of seeds....beetroot, sunflower, peas, cucumber, gherkin, tomatoes, romanesco, courgette, squash and some herbs....the garden is doing really well at the moment, with carrots, leeks, rhubarb, some fruit bushes, cabbages and garlic all growing very nicely....
Will post some pics, or hopefully get a video done at the weekend.
