As well as eating them fresh.. I've made two jars of jam and a syrup . The colour is absolutely amazing!

Well, we've eaten some, but this is our stock....

it's about a third of our total plants....

....went bilberry picking again today....the green shrubs that carpet the woodland floor are the bilberry bushes....as far as the eye can see....

....a decent bowlful again....

....last of the spuds got cropped today....not a massive haul, but ok....not too disappointed....

....all the little ones that are too small to go into storage....

....will last us well into the winter....

....and the bees are still loving the leeks....

....and just pulled a load of onions too....

....apologies for the lack of posting recently, we've been very busy with things away from the homestead....tomorrow I'm going to have some time out in the garden and I'll take some pictures to show you all what's going on....a lot has been cropped now, so we are winding down a bit for this year....if things go really well I might even get a video done....thanx all for following....
