....we've still got blackbirds nesting in the shed, so I'm putting off tidying up in there until the chicks have flown the nest....

....got another 50 onions planted today....

....and covered them to stop them getting eaten....

....cut all the six foot tall chard down to encourage more leaf growth from the bottom....

....and the tree spinach will now get a bit more light....

....the size the chard had grown to was quite amazing....had to use hedging loppers to get through the stalk....
