....second round of garlic planting today....separated the rooted cloves and planted the best 50....we have about 90 in the ground in total now....will crop end of June next year....will hopefully put another 20-30 in over the next few weeks....aiming for about 120 in total....

....got this strange splitting/ bending on our leeks....anyone got any ideas what may be causing it?....

....went to a big bonfire and firework display at a nearby village this evening....the weather was kind to us, the folk in the village did a great display and the bonfire was enormous....a great time was had by all....🔥

....we don't really do home schooling anymore as our youngest is 17 now, but today's project was to rebuild a shed for her that she was given by her Grandad....we dismantled it a few weeks ago from his allotment, tied it onto the trailer to get it home and today was such lovely weather we decided to put it all together again....20% me, 80% her....needs a new door and a window but the main part of the job is done....

....we have a new tool on the homestead....our mate who owns this field (he lives here too) bought this last week....gonna have some fun with this....
