This is a call to arms.
The WA farming industry can no longer idly sit by while Anthony Albanese, Murray Watt and the federal Labor Government destroy our industry and regional communities.
Make no mistake, this will not stop with live sheep exports, as we know that they will be coming after live cattle exports next.
We have been too polite for far too long while Albanese and his Labor mates have shafted us on the altar of east coast votes and preference deals.
A Day of Action is being organised and we need everyone to be a part of it.
We need to raise awareness and make national/international headlines that we want change of policy or we will fight for a change of government
We need a fleet of trucks, vehicles and people as part of a rolling convoy along both Freeways and across the Causeway.
Friday May 31st will be the day, starting at 6.30am with a slow drive for the 3 fleets culminating in the Perth CBD.
We understand that it’s in the middle of seeding but we implore everyone to take a day away from that very important job to give these Labor vandals a swift response to the contempt and disrespect that they have shown to us all.
This is a campaign to UNITE our industry against a common enemy, the Albanese Labor Government.
Livestock crates, grain tippers, cartage flat tops, utes and family wagons full of supporters are all welcome.
There will be no chest beating speeches on the steps of parliament, just a simple message sent to media outlets telling them why and that we will be back again soon if this policy is not halted.
