🔴 [ MAINNET ] Emergency Patch for core-1 chain to 10.2.1

A critical bug was reported on pSTAKE a few hours ago which could result in the c-value being manipulated.

As a first step in preventing the bug being exploited, the host chains (Cosmos Hub and Osmosis) have been deactivated, i.e no activity via pSTAKE can happen on these chains. ICA delegation, unbondings, and redemptions (all ICA messaging) have been disabled. Deposits through the pSTAKE UI have been paused temporarily. The host chains will be re-activated post successful emergency patch.

We kindly request everyone to promptly install the emergency patch without delay.

While testing the recently upgraded test-core-2 chain, we have spotted an error which can potential disturb the functionality of pSTAKE on testnet chain.

Hence we'll have to perform another upgrade right away today as the plan is to use this weekend to monitor the pSTAKE epochs on testnet and make sure everything's smooth.
This upgrade holds significance as it pertains to the upcoming launch of stkDYDX for pSTAKE.

Would also like to express our apologies for providing such short notice regarding the upgrade. Really appreciate your patience and help with this.
