A Happily Ever After
Blessed by the Gods themselves
Two from the heaven
A mortal so ordinary
And an angel
Fallen from her grace
Salvation not in their virtues
Savaged by their faults
Preying on the fallen and weak
Ravaging them in their wake
Forgetting and forgiving
For the peace of mind
As they were undeserving
Forever in a bind
Unknowing and ignorant
Of the reality around
Recognizing and arrogant
Forever suffering
Blessed by the Gods themselves
They never found their souls

Eternal Sunshine
reeks oh the weariness
ephemeral darkness
leaps so young
golden keys
stains sorry princess
Under for
Stairs, you
Nimbus sung
Beyond
aloft waves wrung
scream into the abyss

So many instances
I fight the urge
I bite my tongue, my
lips, the words that
threaten to
spill out if I’m not too
careful, if I’m not
paying
attention.
I love you, I say.
I mean come here.
My heart beat quickens,
pulse erratic.
I love you, I say.
I mean don’t go.
I love you, I say.
I mean, please be different.
I love you, I say.
I mean, I need you to
tell me again the
words you whispered so
that I am not convinced it’s
in my head.
I love you, I say
never out loud.
Each draft my heart writes I will
toss
in the garbage because the
next time I say I
love you,
I don't want to mean I
hope you don't go.
The next time I say I
love you,
I want to mean it.
- i never say what i mean

'See what I drew'
Said the little boy dressed
In faded red hue.
Armed with tiny weapons of Art
His raw blood now sings
Of making a new start.
He had had enough
Seen enough
Been through enough
A tattered life with
Broken smiles
Hurting eyes
Blood sucking filthy flies.
No more of them anymore.
He is now clad in
The knowledge robe.
Bold enough
To take a deep dive
In the world
With fearlessness, truth
And all his might.
The positive power supplied
By the divine
'Will you join my fight?'
Asks the little boy now
Stepping into the light.

The Wrinked Beauty
by Dolly Jain
Rests on her lap
Her black, dusty, wrinkled fingers
Adorned with flaky skin.
Entwined with such grace
that gratifies not every eye
That beholds them
But only those who can see the real beauty
Lurking beneath her dusty, wrinkled state
Who can explode their spectacles of artificiality
And dare to look deep into her tiny eyes
Which still retain their luster
And awaits for the patient ears who would listen to
The story of her life.
