Emotional chargers
Indian railways teaches you lessons on human behavior. The other day I had to travel through one of the SUPER FAST trains. The SF train arrived 2 hours late to the station where it was meant to start. Testing Patience 😋
The general waiting room is actually a classroom which the schools don't include in their syllabus. 10 plug points for a room of the size of a spacious 3 BHK. Testing opportunist character of a human.
Well, the people sitting near the plug points start using the phone more than they regularly do. This is to show off so that no other person comes n asks for the charging point or the charger. This is when the warrior within wakes up. PUBG was never so intense or the never noticed hero of a movie written off the cinema history wall becomes inspirational.😳
Lastly the dictator of the charging point invades. That person pulls out a charger of another person and plugs his own. The war begins. The GOC(Game of Chargers) theme music plays and the crowd is now all charged up to witness the epic battle. Testing your integrity and morale.
That is when the announcement comes the train has arrived at the platform. Everything is forgotten and people run to catch their train.

Sometimes we feel pain
All angst and hunger
Satiated
Smokes and Spirit
Through and out
Faded, my god
It's like warm coffee
with an insomniac inspiration
We don't fell apart
Tis the tides
Plucking the strings
Of the windy Palm trees
And a lonely cricket rings
Like a drop of a leaf
And honk of a bus
Its not crowded but us
Why not, never
Why not, never
Roaming to somewhere in Rome
With soulless white , sculpture of bones
And folds of such
Like ballad of bombs
And Toes are clipped
Even the legs
Why not , feel sometimes
Like everyone else
Like anyone and yet
Why not, feel more
Like colourful it were
Even the blackest blotch appear
My Lord, just once on this magenta and white halls.
Even the hardest blocks It stands upon
We feel Pain Sometimes

It's hurts when no one understands you
It Hurts when you have to bottle down your feelings,,when you have to shut out your thoughts...when you only scream in your mind and yet you feel like screaming literally to calm yourself down...it hurts when people call you a weirdo and you just want to be normal...when their normal is not your normal they shun it...they make it sound like it's a disease..
They make it seem like it's virus...they start treating you differently and act weird in your presence,,,act as if you're some anomaly...you try to let them accept you by opening up but what they want is to interpret you or try to find a reason for everything that you do...they try to explain you like you're an experiment or a study...
It hurts when it doesn't hurt physically...It hurts to experience hurt without hurting literally...
It hurts to be the odd one out(though sometimes it feels sweet ...most of the time it's depressing)
I have already gotten out of context maybe...this is not what I was supposed to write...this is not how it played in my mind... If I wrote what I wanted to,, you would definitely tear up...you would feel pity for me and that's too hurts sometimes...you make one feel like unwanted human when you pity someone as if they're helpless...your pity hurts me more and makes me shut out the world...
I don't understand a thing that's happening in my life and that hurts too
It hurts not to have a solution and have an ocean of problems
It hurts when you compare other people's problems with mine making mine seem as if they're insignificant and as if they shouldn't matter...as if I'm not experiencing them
And when I try to make you understand me you will definitely get tired of me and think I'm a burden...you will think about for sure but subconsciously.
I could keep on writing without stopping but I know you don't give a damn about what I say...

The fine glass
Of morality
Let's shrug off those glass shards
Let's meet in the night
With the tragic farce
And the coke is pretty bland, cold
Like your feet in the sand
Let's meet where the death lies
In a dreary state
And drunkenness of us
May fill the abyss innate
I Guess love is answer
But the long elevators don't lie
With it's charming jingles
It shares melancholy, don't cry
It hurts, don't die , Coward,
Why don't the hangover goes
And we sleep forever
This may as far as it goes
This may the never-ending goal

Your Sight...
You came in my life like a blowing wind,
Took my heart to the shore like those flowing rills,
I saw your sight like a writer watches twilight,
In the midst of your eyes I attained pure delight...
You registered your name on the land of my heart,
You pierced my heart like a moving dart,
My being is mesmerised by your glowing fragrance,
Like a devotee raptured by God's reminiscence...
My entire being wants to assimilate in you,
Like a ripple on the surface of ocean,
The embers of my heart are revived by your shimmering sight,
Like living life again became worthwhile...
I am lost in you like sun and moon in eclipse,
I crave for your sight like a man begging for life,
Enchanting your name every moment like vedic hymns,
I want to be a devotee dissolving in your eyes and feel your mollifying vibes...

I only wished for peace
From this life
I only wished to be happy
In the world of despair, demise
The strength to endure the suffering
Are no more in me
It’s like broken umbrella at rain
That’s the irony
Even the devil gives a chance for penance
For the sin of one
On the contrary life takes back
Somethings you never wanted to return
Broken from the very mind
One thinks and hears
While it is a parody
It’s the mind I truly fear
Still deep inside me there is one soul
Kindling like a charcoal
Longing for the peace
In search of my ultimate goal

Creating a Balance: Mental Health and Physical Fitness
We see that there is a huge emphasis put on physical fitness. Creating body images that are accepted and some that are not has shaped the perspective of today’s world. In this article, we shed light on the importance of a balance between mental health and physical fitness. We will give you some handheld tips to assist you while you find a middle ground to give mental health and physical fitness equal importance.
Why should there be a balance between mental health and physical fitness?
We are trained to be masters of our bodies, but never masters of our minds. We come with a pamphlet of instructions when what we really need is a manual. We are often taught that we run our lives, although we love to believe that it is scientifically proven that we do not!
Did we get your attention with that one? We are right! Our actions, both planned and unplanned, our wild spirit of spontaneity, and more, are all designed by experience, exposure, and perspective. Also, nothing is random.
So, how do you curb uncertainty?
Creating a balance between mental health and physical fitness can only be done by creating a way of life. These two elements should be incorporated into our lives. It should not be inserted, but rather a transformation or fusion should take place.
The manner in which this issue can be eliminated is by creating a steady pattern. This will help remove areas of daily challenges when motivation is down and your body and mind are not pumped up to do them.
This can be done by
Creating habits
Setting routines

How to balance mental health and physical fitness?
#1 Walk as much as you journal
How to do it? In the morning, when there’s fresh air and quiet to take a walk in. We do not recommend that you walk miles every morning. Keep it short and brisk. A short 20-minute walk is more than sufficient to maintain a balance between mental health and physical fitness.
Physical benefits - Keeps you fit, gets your blood running.
Mental benefits - Clears your head, gives you thinking time.
#2 Play as much as you read
Choose a sport. This doesn't have to be every day. Instead, choose a few days in the week where you dedicate an hour to playing a sport. The goal here is not to make it to the Olympics but to allow you to clear your head, meet people, laugh, have fun, and most of all, move your body.
Physical benefits - Move your body, energise and revitalise.
Mentel benefits - Destress the mind, gives the cerebrum a break.
#3 Run as much as you meditate
Taking a short jog at the end of the day will not only tone your body, but give you the time to destress. We are aware that the day would have demanded a little more than what you could give, but you made it. Push yourself to physically make it to the end of the target. It teaches you to be persistent. Along with strengthening your mind.
Physical benefits - Moves your body, tones your body.
Mental benefits - Strengthens the mind in persistence, master discipline.
Bottomline
Maintaining a balance between physical health and mental fitness has a reciprocal effect. Physical fitness allows you to feel confident, have good self-esteem, and be aware of yourself. It removes the limitations and every opportunity that passes your way can be accepted because you will be in the right physical and mental state to accept it.
Conclusion
We have plenty more where this came from. In this article, we discussed the importance of maintaining a balance between mental health and physical fitness. Along with its importance, we also have the coinciding effects it has and the progress you will experience. Prowritist strongly believes in striking a balance between mental health and physical fitness.

"THE LAST MESSAGE"
Oh! poor soul you had time, but denied
Oh! poor your family you left behind
Oh! I envy those who could make amends
I envy Myself getting off your wrath
Is this the price for calmness
Or is this the deception of mahem
The old wise tree has shed
And the bird has lost it's egg
The heavy boxes are a burden now
But have to march out of house
The weaker ones would be thrown away
The stronger ones will find a way
My pain will never reach you
But who cares about that
So was your pain bigger
But it's me who is writing the poem
So don't haunt me with a new chapter
You don't have the power to make me read
I don't need your fake smiles anymore
Instead...., grace me with a good night sleep

Feelings can't be measured and compared.
A friend thinks of a last message for his dead friend in form of a poetry at his funeral who has committed suicide. Though he feels an unimaginable pain, he still thinks it's his parents right to be in most pain for the moment so he expressed himself in this poetry but still mention his family first, at the end he couldn't control his pain and tells him that it hurts him more than anyone.

The Night.
The night is longer,
Longer than a distance,
From here to there,
Where you are!.
I can't sleep,
I can't sleep,
I'm stuck watching the picture of you,
The moon laughs at me for the whole night,
The stars stare at me whether i am right,
Can i be right?,
For all those days,
That you're out of my sight?.
Can i?.
No!, you don't have to worry,
It's my mistake, and hereby SORRY!.

I lie in bed by night
Wondering if I could have
Just one feel of the universe
Having just one thing working in
My favor.
I lie in bed by night
To feel the war scars across my
Heart, war scars I got from
Being life's strongest soldier
I look on, on how
I dived into the trenches of life
Head first, and I as a soldier of life
I found my way to the war front
I look on, on how
I was ready to shoot any opponent
How I held my gun filled with bullets of love
Trying to love my opponent into giving up
On their pursuit to ruin me
I look on, on how
Every duck and dive I omitted
Placed me deeper in the trenches of war
I gave my opponents more grace
I look on, to see how
I lost myself in the war
How it all started with me losing my mind
Then I turned into the scars I would
Never inflict on my opponents
Now, I lie in bed by night
Counting each scar as a step closer
To my death.

Hello guys, please can you review the blurb/summary of my book 'Mystical Mutant'
If you liked it you can find it on wattpad @kikibtsstan
BLURB
Several years ago, legend had it that only two mystical creatures existed in the world. The Elevanas and the Glorindians.
They lived together in peace for decades until the day that the Glorindians claimed to be more powerful and superior than the Elevanas. It caused the leaders of the clans to create boundaries between them.
"Who dares fight science with nature?" The Glorindians boasted.
On the other hand, the Elevanas were certain they were stronger. Nature is like a masked devil, so beautiful yet so deadly.
...
A terrible war wiped out the entire species. But there was a survivor, and her name was Fiona.
She must overcome all obstacles to live a normal life forever in the human world.
But the question is,
How long can she hide? How long can she keep this up? How long can she keep pretending to be something she's not? How long is forever?

The Freely Eagle...
Oops Conditons Applied.
what's life ?
Happines today in journey, there might be a Sad turn tomorrow.
Slipped if on that turn, just stand smile and move ahead.
That's what a life for me.
Oblivious about what's gonna happen fews day ahead, was enjoying his journey of life fully.
Like a free fierce Eagle at high above the Limit less sky.
Boards were going on, and he was blindfolded by the next twist waiting for him.
Someone was waiting to gain his love, in the mid of his boards.
who..? Some call her/him Danger, Dead end, life threatening, etc. But the Common name was
Cancer. Yes!!!
Was unknown about it and flying high in his journery of life. That turn came, was encountered too.
The moment he got to know. His wings were cut, and the Eagle was Caged.
All the dreams, aims, were shattered.
Like all his hopes were slaughtered.
Was Broken, hurted, and lost all the hopes.
Bacause, he was still and Fierce Eagle; but wiith conditions applied,
Who used to jump and Run, was now caged where he can just walk.
Who dreamt of many things, but was caged because he wasn't able to do of his wish,
But still, he dealed with it. Accepted the long life inprisonment of conditions applied.
If not the aims and dreams hi choosed, then
He went by making new dreams of he can.
If not sports and physical activities anymore
He went with Pen as his Passion.
Not the Happiness he used to dream of
But by happiness of bringing best of his words.
Yeah, it's my life like a caged bird now,
But if are caged by conditions or sort of same. It isn't mean you can't fly anymore.
Have faith and believe in you, and just have a take off with the cage of conditions with you above the Sky.

Author's note: I wrote this story as part of a challenge to write suspense-thriller-horror in 1000 words.
Guilty Conscience
Part 1
The house is empty, the footsteps of passerby on the adjoining road echos hauntingly. Finneas walks with careful steps, his knees shaking like jelly. Then he faces his arch enemy, the door to his study room. Finneas's study room is located in the darkest part of the house, even in the day time there is no natural light here. Finneas stops right outside and looks over his shoulder, his whole being trembling with the fear of unknown. "Relax, you are just overreacting, there's nothing here." He solaces himself and pushes the door only half way through. The darkness inside the room overwhelms him and the courage in him dies, he couldn't tell if he is being coward or careful; afterall, those who are too brave die first in horror movies. He discards the thought and with trembling hands searches for the light switch in the darkness located right beside the gate. He makes it a point to not set a foot inside before light is turned on. He does it with such anxiety as though he has put his hand inside a hungry lion's mouth. He sighs audibly with relief when finally, he reaches the switch he wanted to turn on. His heart still hammering inside his chest he steps inside the room almost reluctantly, he avoids glancing at the mirror for the fear of finding anything around him that he couldn't bear to see. Finally, he starts studying almost simultaneously cursing his parents to have left him alone for a week and they are due to come only after two days. Hours pass, he forgets his fear and immerses himself in studying, the silence, the paranoia, everything is forgotten.
He almost falls backwards with his chair on the sound of a loud crack coming from the cupboard that sits beside his table. He holds his heart, racing faster than any F1 car, his lungs contract. With bated breath he looks apprehensively towards the cupboard for a while, no other sound issues. "Old cupboard are like that, it could be a r-rat o-o-o-or could be wood cracking, t-t-that happens with old wood all t-too often" he talks loudly with himself trying to suppress the silence lingering after the loud noise. The lights go out, there is nothing else left to do, his legs shiver and he runs but where!? The door is locked, he bangs on the door, pushes and pulls but it's hopelessly shut.
“Going somewhere?" The voice asks him from behind, but how!? He was alone in the room, in the house! He looks behind him, terror clutching at his insides like a fist of steel. His knees give out when he sees a broad figure standing in front of him, the scar on her face glinting like lava in the dark. "Please. I'm sorry," he begs "I didn't know....." his voice trembles. "I begged you same way."

Kashmir Files
Yesterday I went to watch a movie in cinema. I was very excited for this movie as I’ve been waiting for it for almost 6 months now. ‘Kashmiri Files’ the name numbs me. Somehow, I gathered my courage, convinced my family members and friends to take out time and watch this movie with me. I’m a very sensitive person so throughout the way to the cinema hall, I kept reassuring myself “I’m strong, I must not cry”. We reached the cinema hall 10minutes late but what I saw there in the hall took away my heart. People standing up for two minutes in silence for Kashmiri Hindus who lost their lives. The movie started. It was just a few minutes into the movie and I was able to relate myself with the characters. No one moved, not even for a second for the rest of the first half. It was intermission but to my surprise there was no noisy long queue on food counter of the theatre. Nobody talking a word. Terrified and shocked, people were just looking at each other. Viewers who got their snacks before the movie, in all probability, couldn't eat as I could see trays with almost untouched food. The second half of the movie began. I didn’t have a single tear in my eyes yet but yes I was sad and terrified. The second half brought tears to the eyes of every person present in the theatre. There was a young man sitting beside me. He was almost my age and had come with her mother to watch the movie. I couldn’t help myself from seeing his mother crying throughout the second half. Tears fall of her eyes every two seconds. Those were tears of pain and persecution faced by our ancestors. The young man passed his handkerchief to his mother and helped her wipe her tears. The movie was about to end. Each and every person in the theatre got goosebumps. Everybody was crying. Everybody could relate themselves and the stories they had heard from their parents about Kashmir and how they were forced to leave their home. It was not a movie, it was reality. People had started leaving the theatre. The mother of the young man was still crying. He hugged his mother. His mother told him how his Mama (mother’s brother) was killed in a similar way to the character in the movie. The young man got shocked and numbed. So was I when I listened to the words the young man spoke next. He said “Maa, I had a Mama too?” He was never told by his mother about his Mama who was killed so that he never suffers the trauma which they suffered

At the Word end
At journey unending
Left them aside
For a while
More like forever
Why does avoiding creates peace
That peace curdles heart
Into broken glass and salty waters
Unto spirit apart from me
Might the silence breaks away
Parts by parts what's left of me
At where the end lies
Meet me when the sun dies
What is more unloved than the lonely sky
And I swim through my avoidance
Ignorant life
What is more unfinished than the artist's work
Disappointment at the eyes of them
Who is me, i might die yet not know
