Title:
SPIRITUALITY
Many define spirituality on how they find peace (inner and outer), awakening their senses, minimal use of resources, not hurting others and in many other ways. But spirituality is not just something that one can attain and say I am spiritual.
In order to understand Spirituality one must first understand the "Atma-the spirit", which is the source of all that we do and who all we actually are.
Spirit or Aatma is the one that does everything, the" jiva " that is so important for our survival is nothing but a small part of our body called "atrium node" that regulate the "jivan or life" which is further at the behest of the 'Spirit or the Aatma'.
Spirit is the closest possible thing one can relate to the smallest but the most important particle in the universe and yet the most important. Some thinkers believe even this universe has its its own "Spirit or Aatma".
So coming to Spirituality we can think of it as our "Spirit or Aatma" becoming one or attaining resonance with the Spirit of universe, or become one with the "Aatma" of the universe.
Our consciousnesses or the 'Jiva' should not think otherwise of other's 'Jiva' when we have attained spirituality rather we should think of it as a part of the same large spiritual awareness of the Universe .
Hence the peace , the oneness with God, the openness to all the universal energy , the respect for everything in the universe all comes along as we attain Spirituality.

If I could but write a story worth more than a picture of a thousand words
If I could but pen a letter mightier than hundreds of swords
If I could but ink out a tale that would be forever told
If I could but tell a lie that would make you forget the truth you hold
Maybe, maybe I wouldn't have died at all

Title: THE SIX PATHS OF PAIN
Here , I am sharing something that I believe in , it might contain some religious beliefs and preaching but it's not meant to hurt someone.
Please allow me to present before you
THE SIX PATHS OF PAIN
The contents are both my own and excerpts from other platforms
(1) - Deva Path -
This path is the topmost path / realm the Aatma or the spirit can be reborn into or walk upon . This realm has all the luxuries but it's painful cause it makes your soul feel too blessed to be close to the "Superior being" that the "Aatma" seeks. It takes you farther from path that one must tread to achieve 'Moksha'. It cauaes Aatma to be reincarnated again to some other realm based on the Karma In the birth cycle of Aatma.
Devas suffer from pride and knowledge that their long lives and powers will not prevent their eventual rebirth.
(2) - Asura Path.
It is the another path or realm, the Aatma can be reborn into. This is the most painful and scariest path of reincarnation causes all the hellish actions are bound to happen in this realm that cause reincarnation into one of the realms again to force the Aatma to go through the pain again. Also the activities of this realm creatures is said to affect the peace and livelihood of other realm.
The asuras have power like the Devas but lack knowledge and hence suffer through violence.
(3) - Human Path.
Human realm is painful in the sense that the action comprise of all the cognitive action , the human has the ability to reason and hence must follow the path of spiritual awakening or at least do so and attain Moksha- become one with the superior being. If the aatma could not attain moksha in this realm it has to repeat the entire cycle or rebirths and go through all suffering again.
(4) - Animal Path.
This is the realm where the aamta only is reborn to eat, sleep, and reproduce. This is realm is also not considered good cause the creatures are said to be forced to pray on others for food.
This reals suffers from lack of cognition, instinct to survive, ignorant of what is happening to them.
(5) - Preta Path
This reincarnation of the Aatma in this realm is due to the 'Moh' or aasakti for some incomplete desires and the suffering . limitless aasakti cause Aatma is not able to set it free from the rebirth into the same realm again and again.
The Pretas suffer from never ending thirst and hunger.
(6) - Naraka Path
This is the path the Aatma should tread where the Aatma is supposed to pay for all bad it has done in any of the realms. This is the most painful realm where the "king of hell_ Yama" punishes Aatma for its sins to be reborn into a higher realm.

CHICAGO ERRAND
KNOCK-KNOCK.
“Come in”, said Lakshay in an irritated tone as he prepared to leave “Soldier Field” where he had a part in a charity concert & was now was packing his stuff. He turned around to witness a tall, well-built man; he had a dense mustache that a man with his stature could pull off with ease and was wearing a dark green T-Shirt paired with plain blue jeans.
Lakshay stopped his packing abruptly and while keeping his bag slowly on the table near him, examined the man from the corner of his eye, while picking his thin full-frame silver spectacles from the table simultaneously with his left hand.
“Who are you? and…”
He stopped before completing his sentence, which he did though end in his mind to himself. Doubt and fear struck him, "How did he manage to get in without alerting the security?”. He quickly dismissed the thought, gathered himself together and stood upright with his spine straight and shoulders broadened to create a pseudo impression of strength, preparing to speak again, but this time with a more deep and commanding tone.
“Who are you? And what do you want?”
The man finally broke his silence and with a childish enthusiasm, said, “I am one of your biggest fans!” he continued stammering in excitement, “No, No… I AM, YOUR BIGGEST FAN!”.
Lakshay could now clearly see the name of one of his hit albums, “DUE LOVE” printed on his T-shirt. Lakshay had gained popularity in recent times when his new album made it to the hit charts in the States.
He knew that this guy could be one of many new innocent fans out there, but he didn’t ignore the fact that this fan had knowingly or unknowingly breached security & hence it was very clear in Lakshay’s mind that he can’t be trusted as he had read about these maniacs who would do messed up things to their idols in fiction, and he indeed wanted these stories to remain fictional for him. Therefore, he decided to play along with this FAN, with whom he was at present in this 6x6 meter room with no exit other than the door at which the man himself stood. With whom, he did not stand a chance in a brawl. So, he thought of a plan.
Politely Lakshay began "That's nice of you, where are you from…” saying this Lakshay noticed a notebook and pen in his hands and continued speaking while motioning with his hands to ask for the notebook and pen “pass your notebook, let me sign it for you” waiting for a response, Lakshay stretched out his right hand towards the man. The FAN, with a little delay, smiled and passed the notebook with the pen to Lakshay and continued with a sudden surge of enthusiasm…

#Ansh #review “Sir, I'd like to show you my ride, you’ll dig the custom paint job with all of your famous songs decaled on its hood.”
Lakshay immediately blurted out, “No! I’m really tired, I’d like to head home as soon as possible”
As soon as Lakshay spoke this out, a sudden regret hit him like a small electric shock from a malfunctioning switch, as his subconscious mind shouted, “Play along you dumbass, you can’t get this hulk upset” and finally fear overtook him, and his left hand started to shake hysterically and to prevent it from being noticed, he grabbed onto the table’s edge with all his strength. But the words had already been spoken, it was too late to take them back. All that was left to be done was to wait for Mr. hulk’s response.
To his surprise, the man said more politely almost near edging begging it seemed, "Sir I know your time is precious, plus you’re tired but I came all the way from Toronto just to see you perform & now that I got a chance to meet you, I didn't want to waste this opportunity to showcase my love for you & your unique music, though if you'd like to leave I won't stop you”.
Lakshay breathing a silent sight of relief threw a fake smile at him & directed his right hand towards the door saying, “After you”.
Lakshay was cautious not to fall for the polite tone, as his intuition still told him that the man was a maniac of sorts considering his sudden mood swings. Lakshay again started to formulate a plan. He knew that there would at least one more person out there in the arena, although he expected a crowd but he considered the worst possible scenario, he would somehow catch their attention and point at the big elephant in the room and make the craziest of facial expressions to show his distress and beg for help and then the job would be done, in his heart, he just wanted to see one of his security personnel out there, that would make his life a lot easier.
Lakshay while handing the notebook and pen back to the man and picking up his bag asked, "Where have you parked your car, the bag is quite heavy so…"
The man with a excitedly said, “Thank god I managed to park it right outside”.
Lakshay thought “right outside!?”, it didn’t make sense but he had no choice but to bow down and follow the man or the FAN as he calls himself. Lakshay felt more worried, as right outside meant that there wasn’t going to be a lot walking to the car and hence less time to grab attention.
“Damn it”. Akshay thought to himself.
As soon as lakshay came out of the room, he turned left and froze, his mind and body were paralyzed, for as far as his eyes could see there wasn’t a single soul in sight. It was worse than his imagination of the worst scenario. As Lakshay was staring straight into the darkness he saw smoke rising from the right side of his view. He squinted to focus towards the origin of smoke and saw fire at the far end of the field in the woods. Suddenly, he was able to make out where everybody went to entertain themselves but the question in his mind was, “Even both the security guards?”. That too, without informing him! And he started to ponder over the selfishness of humans. He had already experienced his fair share of betrayal, which now has molded his personality, now he dreads forging friendships and has trouble trusting people. This experience added another nail to the wall.

#Ansh #review Lakshay quickly turned towards the right as he remembered about the hulk figured man and saw one of his guards lying unconscious with blood dripping out of a hole in his neck.
Lakshay quickly lifted his head but saw no sign of the hitman just a car, with no sign of any passengers or driver. Suddenly, the bells in his head rung and his mind shouted just one thing to him, “RUN!!!”. He kept his right hand on his mouth and turned in the opposite direction to run but as soon as he turned he got a hard blow straight to his stomach, the punch knocked the wind out of him and when he gasped for air, a hand covered his face drenched in some liquid unknown to him. Then, in a matter of seconds he lost control of his body and fell on the ground. Falling face-first on hard concrete must have been painful but he was too dazed to feel it.
Lakshay, staring at the night sky with slowly fading vision, mumbled, “You… you were my biggest FAN?”.

Title:
Wicked, tainted feelings
Silver lining in the cloud has disappeared,
Wind that soothed the wound has run stale,
Sun that gave life has started to scorch the greens,
Water that ran free on land has turned stagnant,
Sky that was endless has been confined to window panes,
Once most beautiful views have turned to eyesore,
Living dead has been roaming the parched land,
Piousness of the saints has turned to infatuations,
Crosses of the priest now preach the devil,
Pastures have turned to graveyards for the bovines,
All hope that once existed has turned to the desert of ashes,
Dreams of the innocent are no longer pure,
Curses now seem more pure than the blessings,
Death seems more real than the living,
All beings seek to quench the thirst for blood,
Trees no longer bear the fruit of taste,
All this chaos, and still peace finds the conch that would cast it loud,
Pain is soothing as it still is the best teacher,
Despair is comforting as it is still pious to its preaching for the evil,
Poison is more realistic than the medicine,
Thorns still stand tall to guard the beautiful,
Fool seems more innocent than the dreadful genius,
Facts fade fast than the lie in the face of truth,
And still there is peace in every ounce of pain wrecking the nerves,
Wounds heal as the soul is more hurtful,
No end to this atrocious sea of thoughts haunting every minute,
For the soul is real , the pain is real but the man is void, so they say...

The day you left,
I deleted the word love off my dictionary.
I stopped reading love.
I stopped watching love.
I stopped writing love.
I stopped talking love.
I stopped feeling love.
I just stopped believing in love.
That word sickened me,
it peirced me like a thousand pins.
Cause I always associated love
with you,
the love, which you threw into the bin.
I locked myself into a cocoon,
a place of lie.
I starting believing that there was no love
and would just cry.
The isolation started to kill,
my thoughts and my will.
I started wandering
in dreams.
Looking for you,
I'd shout and scream.
When I found no solace
with anyone on earth.
I decided to opt for
a rebirth.
I wished for you
in my next life.
You'd be my man,
I'd be your wife.
With these thoughts
in my mind.
Around my neck,
a noose I twined.
Cause when you left,
you shattered my love
and my motive to live.
I'll see you in my
next life,
waiting to be
your wife.

The Drive
The FAN now carried Lakshay’s limp body to the front passenger seat which felt more dead than alive. Though Lakshay hadn’t lost his consciousness yet, his body was completely unresponsive to his will.
The FAN got into the driver seat, turned the engine on & rolled out of the arena without facing any resistance in the way. Noticing Lakshay agitated and scared, the FAN began “You won't lose consciousness, don't be disturbed by that fact. I never intended for you to”. A few minutes of driving around & Lakshay had given in to the situation & was now in a far calmer state. He knew he only had one of his body’s faculties on his side, his brain. And he had to put that to work to have any chance to get out of this mess. In hopes to get something out of this man and use against him, Lakshay asked meakly, " What is your name?" The FAN smirked while keeping his eyes on the road. He spoke after a pause, interrupting the sound of the roaring engine, "You’ve been dumb enough not to ask for it before, you didn't even bother to ask for an ID. Cos of you I feel stupid to take the pain of forging those fakes.'' After a pause, he continued, "By the way, I'm still not gonna give you my name for obvious reasons… which come to think of it, might not be so obvious to you. But you can call me Robb".
Every word that left his mouth and every taunt, starting with the smirk. hammered Lakshay’s ego to the ground, also, his self-respect to an extent. More so, his ego, due to his superiority complex that came from his fame and the assumption that he wasn't susceptible to anything like this on account of his common sense. The thoughts caused him to shudder & crushed his soul as he had failed to save himself from this crisis and had let himself down. A sense failure graved his soul.
Lakshay was forced out of his world by the sound of honking. “Cars… No. Trucks!” he thought as he became conscious of his thoughts and asked with a dull thin voice, like that of a defeated man, "Where are we?, followed by silence from Robb. He asked again with his ever-constant flimsy and remorseful voice, "Where are we?... You can tell me as I can’t do anything anyways", although Lakshay had a bleak belief he could and was looking for a window to cash on.
Robb finally replied, "The harbour. Sir." Lakshay blurted out in shock, "Harbour! why?! What do you want from me?". Robb threatened him animatedly with demanding tonality that caught Lakshay off guard, "Well, for now you play along and try to not act smart in front of the dock security, or else...", he pulled out a GLOCK-19 from the back pocket of his jeans and pressed its muzzle against the back of Lakshay’s neck.

An awareness of doom impending; alert to take cover,
A sense of something missing; yearning for discover,
A roll of scenes playing; one after another,
Agonising probabilities threatening; denied to take over,
A veil of hope looming; down in a shudder.
~Such is the ordeal of waiting.

A sense of something missing; yearning for discover,
A roll of scenes playing; one after another,
Agonising probabilities threatening; denied to take over,
A veil of hope looming; down in a shudder.
~Such is the ordeal of waiting.
Trying to get a grasp on rational reality
Gasping for strands of sensible sanity
Mind over matter.
Faith over fear.It's okay.
I'll be waiting here.
Forever.

Good noon everyone...
Us.
I want you to be the ashes, when time halts,
free flowing or perverse as they all call.
And I'd be the wind, insanely romantic
Following your every spec like a half of a mad couplet!
This body is an instrument,
to satiate our needs.
once we are out,
we'd be free.
Never to burn again,
Never to be captured,
EVER!

The Choice In The Void
The reason to fight
Against the geysers of
Frustration and fatigue
Is inflating into a giant balloon
While the emptiness is
Waiting, and watching anxiously:
To know whether it will be
Filled by happiness or sorrow.
Happiness is not a chance offered,
Nor a dice to play in the game of luck;
But a choice - a very conscious one,
That has to be made on what is wished for.
Because even in nothingness,
Like the ticking time bomb,
The moments could be lost, forever;
So it is the choice that decides
Whether those moments turn into
Priceless memories or worthless regrets.
The devil is a watchful predator
That is also consciously waiting
To pounce upon the void
And forge a throne for itself
With a sole purpose of
Hunting down the moments
And turning them into nightmares.
In spite of this awareness,
It's a hard choice to make!

I never seen you here before
You look like someone that I wanna know
Caught you lookin' right into my eyes
And there's a tension that we can't deny
We can find compromise
Maybe we can hit the floor
Because something is happening and i can’t ignore
It’s nice to find something new
I am tired from the routine here
You caught my eyes, once you entered the main door
This Night is getting better and better
Maybe it is the best one ever
The music louder
And everything is getting hotter
Like the world is telling me to go say hi
Out of conscious my legs already took me there
You turned taking my breath away when you looked into my eyes
Too shy to speak you already asked if you could take the dance
Everything went mute with your hands on my waist like we started floating
A breath down my neck and everything felt sober again
Your touch made me forget everything.

Hold on
Pause and ponder how time swiftly pass by
Feels like it's just a week but years have gone by
Realistic dreams and illusions are segregated as you grow
You learn to value and cherish moments you never thought it will bring you smiles
Lost friendships and heartbreaks comes in intervals
But time mend our hearts in mysterious ways
The greatest healer so they say
So hold on to your dreams and keep navigating
Keep your perseverance and determination intact
For what is life without dreams
Hold on for every dusk is a harbinger of a new dawn

Death
The word Death always strikes fear in the minds of people, fills it with thoughts of mourning, pain, bereavement, caprice and physical loss. However Death is the one of the truth that nobody has ever been able to avert or prove wrong. Death is painful to some but happiness for some who believe in the spirituality and immortality of the soul and the never ending cycle of rebirth until one finds the "moksha". Some celebrate death as it helps the soul meet the superior being which some of us call "the Creator or the God".
But what is death really? This question has been answered by many in different ways
"Death is the cessation of all biological functions that sustain a living organism. Phenomena which commonly bring about death include aging, predation, poisoning, malnutrition, disease, suicide, homicide, drug intoxication, starvation, dehydration, and accidents or major trauma resulting in fatal injury."
"In Buddhist doctrine and practice, death plays an important role. Awareness of death was what motivated Prince Siddhartha to strive to find the "deathless" and finally to attain enlightenment. In Buddhist doctrine, death functions as a reminder of the value of having been born as a human being."
In Hindu Mythology death has been been describe as the soul becoming from the bonds of consciousness, bodily functions, relationships of materialistic world, disconnect from the senses only to be reborn again in a new holding entity.
There have been many instances where people have been declared dead but returned to life only to die again.
Hence this gives us one truth that
"Death is inevitable".
However death is one event that helps us understand that nothing will remain forever, every living being is going to perish someday.
Nothing can stop the death from getting to you but we should not be afraid of it as it is the same as birth and other events bound by limitations of time , place and cause.

JULIET
I have been looking searching and waiting for you
I started my journey having faith
That someday I'll find my day,my lady
I know this day is not too late
For love to come way..
I have searched for you
Up and down
Through briars and brambles hoping I'll find you Juliet
I searched for love at the sea shore scouring each tide high and low
When a wave carried me away
I almost drowned in the undertow
I searched love in the desert shifting the sand through my fingers
Burned by the sun i chocked from the thirst
I searched for love among the ruins
Of heartbreaks i overcome .
I found no trace all was gone
In the wilderness
Up in sky and below
I looked, i searched for you
Not a single dream was left to claim
For they say;
You can't know what falling in love feels till you
Experience it yourself
For it was not in my head but deep in my heart
When i see you
I promise to love you for every moment of forever
And when everything else crumbles and fades away
I'll never stop
Loving and caring down to the core
Treat you as such a queen you are
Where are you
Oh my Juliet😢
All the pain I have to bear
In search of you
Brokenhearted and tears
Shattered dreams and a fragile soul
I have come to bear
What is love if it's not real
Shading my heart with shades of blue
Saving all my tears
Just to look for a love that's true
Taking all the risk
Walking through a lonely path
I know it's all I have
And there's nothing I can do
But to Look for true Love
To look you
My Juliet

People come and go
They go with air blow
They just go with the flow
No one was attached to you
Every summer we meet new people
We think it’s for a reason
We never expect treason
But they eventually go
Till the autumn comes
Never notice how hopeless you become
Then you see the eagle fly high
Reminds you how far you can fly
No matter when you gonna die
Its something the eagle successful clarified
Till Winter comes
And the cold nights blow
Sitting by the fireplace
Remembering who left and who didn’t go with the flow for you
People come and go
But the real one won’t let you go
People come and go
The memories come, flashing truth

We play this blaming game all the time,
You being victim and me committing the crime.
Everytime I win, I win a new blame.
GOD I hate this roleplay game.
If I refuse to win, I may lose you.
Me struggling to break the friend zone,
You planning to break the friendship and be long gone.
I cannot think of losing you again.
Actually I never found you at first place.
In your second thoughts there is my trace,
All you think is putting me from cradle to grave.
Still carrying the burden of blame even though it too late.

Author's Note: The below poem came from a conversation I had with my friend.
My Friend: You write about such random topics. Can you write a poem about what kind of life partner you want?
Me: I'll try!
And so that's how I got to write this. A quick composition. Incomplete. With just a few points. And if it reads like a matrimonial ad or seems too gauche or icky, I'm sorry😅. Hope you like it!
Title: SoulMate
I just want a simple girl,
Without a fancy twirl, Or a condescending smirk making her lips curl.
Just a little common sense,
And a touch of benevolence.
Her kindness giving her a glowing radiance!
An intelligence that lights her eyes with knowledge,
But not everything is as she thinks, she must acknowledge.
Should love my parents like her own,
Her old family, she needn't abandon or disown.
Fair skin is not all that great I opine,
Isn't gorgeous chocolate skin as tempting as fine wine!
Her past is not at all a problem, she needn't play possum,
For our future to be awesome and our love to blossom!
A magnetic attraction and the thrill of bated anticipation,
Once our eyes meet, after an initial attempt of repression,
Of the inescapable emotions, ranging from hesitation,
To a long awaited internal celebration!
At finally finding the one who moves me to action.
Lest I lose, all meaning to my life, the pain, beyond reason!
Unless I make her mine, and never let any argument or commotion,
No matter the seriousness, become anything more than a minor altercation!
Despite disagreement, if she maintains a soft tone,
And doesn't make me feel overthrown,
I'm willing to atone and build her a throne!
A little caring and our hearts, after some baring,
I'm sure will bring us to a new level of sharing.
When we dream for a common future,
And when even a small parting, feels like an endless torture,
That is when I will be able to checkmate,
Fate's cruel game to keep me from my soulmate!

it's very far away from
the atmosphere we live in
it's one of the secret of nature
with the places which are hidden
on the first glance it seems
green carpet beneath the endless trees
traveling around the fairy forest
it feels like flowing in breeze
everything is so beautiful here just like sunset and sunrise
oh god! am I in the paradise?
