Firstly I want to apologize again for the time that solving these issues is taking, it's for the greater good and once it's done you guys would see that it's definitely better.
Also for all the issues please if you have pending transactions or refunded hanging asset please fill in support form here Support Form. Filling the form doesn't automatically solve the problem but notifies we the mods and the team that you have the issue so we can pay attention to it and help get it solved.
If you have issues saying update app, or anything like that please I know it has taken long but it'd be fixed soon. The team is handling it.
Please, we don't have access to users funds, we cannot use your funds we can only help initiate automatic refunds for hanging assets so sorry again.
Please remember also to adhere to the rules of the community. As much as we understand the issues everyone is facing please lets be respectful while reporting issues.
Also, there would be no code for now until issues are fixed as of now, if there's anymore information we get it across to everyone in time
