You will not get a more reliable data & value added points for this topic than the government source itself.
These are the schemes and initiatives that you are supposed to write in your answers related to Infrastructure. The government is itself highlighting these initiatives that simply means, they are the most important initiatives for them.
And, since the exam is conducted by a government body. It will help you be in line with their expectations.
P.S. You can also use all the points for Make in India Question as well.
