There is only one way to apply for free. And it is applying through the CSC Scholarship, which is a golden ticket and the most competitive one. You can apply to up to 3 universities, and they choose 1 university for you out of the 3 that you chose.
For any other kind of scholarship or university, you have to pay the application fee.
That's why we recommend students apply to up to 6 universities at most. If you are strategic enough, only 1 university might be enough as well. But for safety, 3 is the ideal number of universities.
