Through his questioning of FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analysts Brian Auten, Durham showcased the FBI's incompetence and malfeasance. He got admission after admission from Auten and was not only able to completely destroy the Steele Dossier once and for all, he made a feature of FISA abuse, and got Carter Page's warrant application entered into evidence.

Konnech’s Pollchief EMS data exchange appears to have been integrated with all kinds of voter information, including voter registration data. Won’t know for sure without administrative level clearance, but it’s probably why Gascon was forced to press charges.
