It’s hilarious that he invokes Mark Finchem in this panic-ridden rant, because Finchem just won the primary and will be the next AZ Secretary of State.

EO 13961 (Dev EO) has an entire section on Secure Comms. Trump amended Obama's EO and by doing so, removed the interagency process for emergency comms through the exact system FEMA now says can be "hacked."
Note: Trump amended the communication process under the "War powers of President" section of the USC 👀
Reminder: EO 13961 is a COG EO based in context of war and National Defense.

In light of the FBI raid, I want to point something out.
Gregg, Catherine, and "the federal folks" they work with believe it was an act of war.
It involves a foreign gov't interfering in our elections.
The info was given to the FBI who turned on them and "told a foreign power."
The FBI is not just political, they are in bed with a foreign gov't.
