The decision could impact future congressional and presidential elections. The high court will take up the case when its next term begins in October."

There is something weird going on.
12 USC 95a to 95b has been omitted. Meaning it has been “amended out of existence or obsolete, terminated, or expired.”
I can’t find any news anywhere on how or why it was delete but this seems significant cuz it relates to Gold and Silver.
