On March 5th of 2020, the DoD issued DoD Instruction 5525.07.
Itโs a MOU between the DOJ and the DOD regarding the investigation and prosecution of certain crimes.
Whatโs interesting is this section regarding matters relating bribery and corruption and how they need to be referred to the FBI.
It specifically refers to the SES which is the deep state but also the executive level (VP and president).
All these investigations are supposed to be referred to the FBI exceptโฆ
Any events that happen outside the United Statesโฆ
Those investigations can be done by the military and need not be referred to fbi or DOJ.
