-Former JCoS Chairman Gen Mullen plus “top defense officials” in Taiwan (met with President Tsai and Defense Minister Chiu)

-Fmr Acting DNI & Amb. Ric Grenell in Serbia

-Chairman JCoS Gen Milley at an “undisclosed airfield near Ukraine” (presumably in Germany, Poland or Romania).

-VP Pence in Israel (met with FMR PM Netanyahu + current PM Bennet and President Herzog)

Two of these people are/were on the “regular attendees” list for the National Security Council Principals Committee when President Trump issued EO 13961 (the Federal Mission Resiliency Strategy EO aka “The Plan”) on Dec 7th, 2020.

Many of you also have to think bigger. So many people are being bogged down by the constitutional requirements set forth by the 22nd amendment.

Devolution is not in the constitution. It's a continuity plan that Trump put in place because the United States is at war. His authority to implement devolution came from his authority as Commander in Chief and his war time powers. Yes, he put devolution in motion to save the constitution but why would he be limited to a constitutional remedy when he used something extraordinary and outside the constitution?

Our 3 branches of government have completely failed us. You could argue the judicial system hasn't because they have yet to see the evidence of the election fraud but that may never happen either. We don't know. I just can't imagine Trump is going to rely on one of those failed branches of Government to rectify things here.

The state legislatures make the most sense. I believe that is where Trump is hanging his hat, but don't forget the military aspect and who caught the foreign interference. That will play a role in this too.
