Today the brave lads of PA Scotland battled against the weather to mark an historic event for Patriotic Alternative, the first event organised to help promote Patriotic Alternative’s local campaigner Tony Girling for north Clackmannanshire.
This event is a turning point in PA's history, once nothing more than an internet based community, through hard work, discipline and dedication it has forged itself into the real world and is now taking its first steps towards political action.
The event today shows PA in all of its glory by bringing together all of its Scottish branches and focusing on one single area to help improve the lives of our people. We are setting a new example to the people within our nation and declaring openly to the world that we are just getting started.

Staff at eight universities across Scotland, including Glasgow, have gone on strike over pay, working conditions and pensions.
University staff feel that their pay is continuously decreasing and that more and more is being demanded of them with what they call an 'unmanageable workload'.
With all the diversity quotas and government funding, Universities should at least be able to pay their staff a reasonable wage. Despite their Marxist agenda, Universities aren't even looking after their own workers.

On the 13th of February 2004 a racist murder occurred in Glasgow. This murder has sadly been forgotten about and ignored by the media, most likely because the victim was yet again White and the perpetrator was a "asylum seeker".
Anthony Farrell had been making his way home when he met his brother. His brother had earlier been the victim of assault by a group of Asians. On their way home they ran into a group made up of other non-Whites, one of whom, Ali Muhammad Karim, a 23 year old Kurd who had arrived in the UK hidden in a truck at Dover, pulled out a knife and stabbed Anthony Farrell multiple times. After the murder Karim was heard to gloat that he "had finished him".
Karim was convicted of murder at the High Court in October 2004 and given a life sentence with a minimum of 12 years.
Not only was Anthony a victim of a racist murder carried out by an illegal immigrant, but he was also a victim of the government and Glasgow Council's policy of flooding Glasgow with thousands of "asylum seekers".

While the idea of cutting emissions must be applauded, the idea of putting more taxes - which is what the tolls are - on the Scottish people and businesses at a time when everyone is struggling with the rising cost of living is not a good thing.
Tolls were abolished in Scotland 14 years ago, with bridges such as the Skye and Erskine bridges having them removed. The SNP proposals would see them returned not only to these bridges but also to other bridges and even Scotland's motorways.
Fuel costs are already at a high making it difficult for drivers and businesses. These tolls would add to this burden and push up the cost of living even higher by increasing transport costs for businesses.

Race-hate killer Imran 'Baldy' Shahid's throat has been cut at HMP Grampian, according to a prison source. The notorious murderer is said to have suffered the injury at the Peterhead facility on Sunday, where he is serving a 25-year sentence.
A prison insider said 45-year-old Shahid's neck was slashed in the incident: "The inmate nicknamed Baldy, the guy that killed Kris Donald, has got a slashed throat."
Police have confirmed the incident. Officers were made aware of a 45-year-old man found injured inside the clink just before 5pm on Sunday. That man was rushed to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The nature of his injuries and current medical condition were not disclosed. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known.
Shahid was one of the monsters who brutally murdered 15-year-old Kriss Donald in an anti-White attack in 2004.

A Edinburgh Green councillor had a rather embarrassing day at a recent council meeting. He attacked a fellow councillor for trying to raise a motion over concerns about Edinburgh council's historical review into buildings, streets and monuments with links to slavery and colonialism in the city and the way it was handled
The councillor attacked a Conservative councillor, saying he was gobsmacked that a white man would raise this motion. The only problem being that the other councillor is in fact mixed-race and not white. Rather embarrassing for the social justice warriors of the Green Party!
But it also raises another question: why shouldn't a white man or woman have the right to comment on or raise concerns over this historical review? A review that is being led by people who have long expressed anti-white sentiments. It is white people's history, and a city that they built, that is being threatened with change by the review Do white people not have the right to express their opinions any more? It seems not

Breakdowns and delays of ferry services are posing a real threat to island life on the west coast of Scotland.
Continuous breakdowns and travel delays have badly affected inhabitants of the west coast isles. These delays have harmed businesses and badly impacted the isle's efforts to tackle depopulation.
These islands shouldn't have to rely on ferries to survive. However, due to the anti-White agenda and reliance on tourism, depopulation of these isles is a huge threat to the natives.

Jeane Freeman, the former SNP Health Secretary, has landed a prime job at Glasgow University.
Freeman was the one responsible for allowing over 1700 untested old people be moved from hospitals to nursing homes, an action that was responsible for COVID spreading like wildfire through nursing homes, resulting in many deaths.
As usual the Scottish political elite are looking after each other. You can be responsible for a major event that leads to multiple deaths but still be handed a well-paid cushy job. It's not the first time we have seen this in the public sector and surely won't be the last.
The political elite are more interested in looking after each other than caring for the people of Scotland.
It is time for a change in Scottish politics. We need people who actually care about our people and nation rather than themselves. The Scottish people need a viable alternative: a Patriotic Alternative.

West Dunbartonshire Council is facing a black hole in its finances of £5.6 million and looking at major cuts in services. But it appears to think that a good way to spend public funds is to expand its art collection by purchasing a £24,000 painting by Scottish contemporary artist Alison Watt.
Art for the people is a good thing in principle. Art and music can enhance people's lives, but surely there are other priorities at this time. West Dunbartonshire is looking at cutting back travel for schoolkids, charging the old and disabled for garden maintenance, charges for bin collections and other possible cuts. Surely putting the money towards at least mitigating some of these cuts would be a better use of public funds.
There is no word on where the painting would be displayed either, with the strong possibility that it could just sit in a Council building viewed by very few people.
It appears that politicians are yet again completely out of touch with reality.

The Scottish government seeks to reform legislation to make it easier for transgenders to change their legal gender.
Under the SNP's plan, no diagnosis or medical reports would be required before changing gender. For now, transgenders only make up 0.5% of Scotland's population.
However, this number will soon grow with the easing of legislation.
The SNP are committed to destroying what is left of the moral fabric of Scotland. This government would rather cave to a tiny minority over what is best for the Scottish people.

It appears that the SNP/Green government have shown their incompetence yet again. Instead of making sure that the money they have been given by Westminster to help Scots with the fuel crisis goes to the most needy in society, they have decided to allocate it in a way that means it is diluted amongst others who might have a high income
Part of the money has been allocated to people who are in receipt of the council tax rebate; this only goes to those most in need. But they have also allocated money to people in council tax bands A-D, where it is possible that someone in one of the higher brackets could have a high income
The way the money is being split means that everyone in these categories will receive £150. If they had restricted it to the people in receipt of CTR, it means the most needy would have received £600, a far more useful amount
The SNP/Green policy seems very flawed, as their other policies to reduce poverty in Scotland have been, with poverty rates actually rising under their stewardship

On this day in 1688 James Renwick the last of the Covenanter martyrs was executed in Edinburgh.
Renwick was a Scottish minister with whose death on the scaffold, at the early age of 26, closed the sanguinary persecution directed against religious liberty in Scotland by the house of Stewart.
He was one of the preachers who preached in the open air. In 1687 James II gave full liberty for Presbyterians to worship in meeting houses or in homes, but banned the open air meetings. To most Covenanters this was acceptable but Renwck and hs followers refused to stop their field meetings and swear fealty to the King.
Renwick carried on preaching but was captured after a struggle in Edinburgh on 1st Feb 1688. He was again told to swear fealty to the King but again refused. He was questioned by the Privy Council and then charged with 3 offences.
He went on trail at the court of session before a jury on the 8th of February. Found guilty by his own admission he was hung in Edinburghs Grassmarket.

On this day in 1515, Gavin Douglas became Bishop of Dunkeld.
Douglas was a Scottish bishop, makar and translator. Although he had an important political career, he is chiefly remembered for his poetry. His main pioneering achievement was the Eneados, a full and faithful vernacular translation of the Aeneid of Virgil into Scots, and the first successful example of its kind in any Anglic language. Other extant poetry of his includes Palice of Honour, and possibly King Hart.
Gavin (or Gawin, Gawane, Gawain) Douglas was born c. 1474–76, at Tantallon Castle, East Lothian, the third son of Archibald, 5th Earl of Angus by his second wife Elizabeth Boyd.
Douglas's major literary achievement is the Eneados, a Scots translation of Virgil's Aeneid, completed in 1513, and the first full translation of a major poem from classical antiquity into any modern Germanic language. His translation, which is faithful throughout, includes the 13th book by Mapheus Vegius.
