Its great to see so many supportive comments over the petition to name the new bridge in North glasgow after Kriss Donald.

Its just shows how out of touch with the thoughts of the Scottish People that the establishment and the media in Scotland are.
Today our mid Scotland and Fife branch gathered in Stirling for a two hour fitness workout then out for dinner..
Welldone lads
This day in 1138 the Battle of the standard took place' sometimes called the Battle of Northallerton, on Cowton Moor near Northallerton in Yorkshire. English forces under William of Aumale repelled a Scottish army led by King David I of Scotland.

King Stephen of England, fighting rebel barons in the south, had sent a small force (largely mercenaries), but the English army was mainly local militia and baronial retinues from Yorkshire and the north Midlands. Archbishop Thurstan of York had exerted himself greatly to raise the army, preaching that to withstand the Scots was to do God's work. The centre of the English position was therefore marked by a mast (mounted upon a cart) bearing a pyx carrying the consecrated host and from which were flown the consecrated banner. The battle was an English victory. But ultimately David was given control of much of Northern England in peace talks. Lands which he held for 20 years until his death.
Today PA Yorkshire took to a village fete and enjoyed medieval combat re-enactments, games and local produce stalls.
Our resident dogs also took home 3 rosettes each in the dog show!

Despite the rain trying to dampen spirits we took to a nearby pub and celebrated a birthday of a much loved member of the community as well.

At Patriotic Alternative we pair strong political action with even stronger communities.
While you must have sympathy with someone whose loved one is in a difficult amd potentially dangerous situation. We have to take issue yet again of the use of the words NEW SCOT..There is no such thing as a new Scot.. There are Scots and there are immigrants. Even if you obtain a passport for the UK ( or in the future an independent Scottish pasaport, if independence happens) and reside within Scotland. That does not make you a Scot.

Scots are people whose lineage In this land goes back hundreds of years. Whose ancestors fought and died for this land. Whose blood was shed to build and defend this land. Who have farmed our glens and built our cities. It is a modern idea that you can just arrive in a country and within a year or two be of that country. These so called New Scots have no loyalty to our land, the are part of the Globalist movement who move around seeking opportunity. One year they may be in Glasgow being hailed as a new scot..two years later in New york being called a new American.
It would appear that one of the things to come out of the new SNP -Green agreement ,is the betrayal of Scottish women

The SNP and Sturgeon have long claimed to be the defenders of womens rights. But with the outcome of the deal being that one of the Greens wish list now looks to be pushed through within the next year at Holyrood. The Greens have long campaigned for changes to the laws around gender self identification. The SNP has been less keen with the likes of Sturgeon and blunderer in chief Swinney being all in favour of it while other factions have rebelled over it and the harm it may bring to women and their rights

The SNP had promised to work with women's groups around the issue but yet again it looks like we are seeing more SNP broken promises and lies.

The bill that looks likely to go through will see the age one can change legally gender lowered from 18 to 16, remove the need for doctors to agree to the change amongst other things . Under the SNP women lose again it seems.
PA Scotland activists were out litter picking (and rescuing a few shopping trollies) in Magdalene Glen in Edinburgh this morning. One kind local was so appreciative she bought the group a packet of sweeties!
