Part 3- Job 🌟
1️⃣ What makes people choose one job over another?
Well, there are a number of reasons why people choose one job over another. One of the main factors is the salary. Most people want to maintain a decent standard of living and be able to cover their basic needs such as food, housing, and clothing. Because of this, a well-paid job is often a major consideration when people are deciding on a career.Another important reason is the working environment. This includes the atmosphere at the workplace and the relationships between colleagues. If someone works with supportive and friendly coworkers, they are more likely to feel motivated and satisfied with their job. However, if the environment is negative or stressful, it can easily discourage people and reduce their motivation.
So overall, both financial stability and a positive work atmosphere are key factors that influence people’s job choices.
2️⃣ How have jobs changed in the last 20 years?
Well, I can definitely say that career options have changed dramatically over the last two decades. In the past, many people were involved in manual labor, which required a lot of physical effort. Jobs such as construction or factory work were quite common, and they were often physically demanding. In addition, the salaries for these types of jobs were usually quite low, so it was sometimes difficult for people to maintain a comfortable lifestyle.
However, in today’s world, the job market has shifted significantly. Many people now work in offices or in more technology-related fields, which are generally less physically demanding. For example, careers in IT, design, engineering, and education have become much more popular. These jobs often provide better working conditions, such as a quieter environment and more satisfactory salaries.
As a result, fewer people are choosing physically demanding jobs, and more individuals are gravitating toward skilled or knowledge-based professions.
3️⃣ Do you think salary is more important than job satisfaction?
Well, I think it really depends on people’s personal circumstances and priorities. For some individuals, salary may be the most important factor, especially if they have financial responsibilities such as supporting a family or paying for major expenses.
However, personally, I believe job satisfaction is more important. If you are not satisfied with what you do, your work can quickly become stressful and boring. Even if someone earns a very high salary, it doesn’t necessarily make them happy if they feel frustrated or unfulfilled in their job.
In the long run, a lack of satisfaction can also affect a person’s motivation and professional development. That’s why I think people should try to find work that match their skills and they feel passionate about, rather than focusing only on the financial rewards.
4️⃣ What should schools do to prepare students for work?
Well, I think schools can prepare students for work mainly by integrating practical skills into the curriculum. In many cases, students focus mostly on theoretical knowledge, but they don’t always learn the skills that are required in real workplaces.
If schools introduced more practical training, internships, or project-based learning, students would have a better understanding of what working life is actually like. For example, they could learn teamwork, communication skills, and basic professional responsibilities.
This kind of preparation would help young people understand what employers expect from them and what challenges they might face in the future. As a result, students would become more confident and better equipped for their future careers.

Well, I believe one of the jobs that will definitely become more popular in the future is Information Technology. This field not only allows people to earn relatively high salaries, but it is also very convenient because many IT jobs offer remote work opportunities. As a result, employees can work from home and have a more flexible lifestyle, which is something many people value nowadays.
Another profession that is likely to remain popular is teaching. In many countries, including mine, parents are paying much more attention to their children’s education than before. They often enroll their children in extra classes or private courses to help them succeed academically. Because of this growing demand for education, teachers and tutors are becoming increasingly important.
So overall, I think careers in technology and education will continue to be in high demand in the future.

Well, throughout my life I have created many things, ranging from handmade craft items to small digital projects. However, the one I’d like to talk about today is a presentation I created for a university assignment.
At that time, I was a junior student at the World Languages University, and one of my professors asked us to prepare a presentation about how technology has influenced students’ learning methods.
To begin with, I came up with several ideas, but it was quite challenging to turn those ideas into reality because it required a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. First, I searched for reliable information and statistics about the role of technology in education. Then I created charts and diagrams to make the presentation more visually appealing and easier for the audience to understand.
On the day of the presentation, I explained my ideas in a clear and logical way, and fortunately all my hard work paid off. My teacher gave me very positive feedback, and my classmates seemed genuinely interested in the topic.
What I liked the most was that my presentation captured my classmates’ attention, which gave me a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Overall, it was a really rewarding experience, and it motivated me to keep creating new things that could be useful or interesting for others in the future.
