I've rewritten the PmPermit plugin. You can add it to your own bot as well using the updater.
You now have the ability to flex on your friends as the pmpermit has some pre defined questions and responses.
This is an X-Tra-Telegram exclusive for now.

No need to add anything. Just update your bot and it'll start working.
NOTE: This won't work for people you've approved to DM you already. If you want to show the new pmpermit to the people you've already approved, you need to clear your database.

It's a bit unstable but I'll keep on improving it as i get more ideas. Feel free to drop suggestions, reviews and bugs on @Anubis_InpuBot
