On the early morning of Monday (21st of July) our friend Panzer (Michal Petriš) was arrested by Slovak police for allegedly violating the conditions of his suspended sentence due to traffic offenses.

He had originally been sentenced to three years under so-called extremism paragraphs. These laws are widely recognized within nationalist and patriotic circles as tools used by corrupt governments to silence authentic nationalists.

Panzer is often regarded as an "NS celebrity" because he is well-known and respected beyond borders. He is a longtime Slovak nationalist, brave fighter, football hooligan of Slovan Bratislava, tattoo artist, loving husband, and proud father of two very young children.

We decided to start this channel to express our support for him, raise awareness about his imprisonment, and importantly respond to some false accusations against him.

🇸🇰 This channel is run by Slovak nationalists and friends of Panzer.

Panzer's family needs our support

As you all know from the last post, Panzer (Michal Petriš) is currently imprisoned and is likely to remain there for several years. Because of this, his family urgently needs our financial help. His loving wife, Simona, has been left alone to care for their two children, the youngest of whom is only five months old!

In tough times like this, we need to show how deeply we care for the members of our nationalist community. I hope each of us can help, even if only in a small, symbolic way.

The zigger myth about Panzer

Shortly after Panzer's arrest, a photograph appeared that was supposed to prove that Panzer is a zigger. He is not.

First photo
: Panzer (Michal Petriš) on White Rex tournament in Athens (brand owned by Denis Nikitin, commander of the proKyiv Russian Volunteer Corps).
Second photo: Panzer during training with Ukrainian nationalist Ivan Terekhov in Kiev.
Third photo: Ivan Terekhov as a soldier of Azov.

Brand White Rex, owned by Denis Nikitin, is not zigger. And Panzer (Michal Petriš) was the protagonist of this brand. He also maintains contact with other protagonists of the White Rex brand and the Ukrainian nationalist scene (source).

When he gets out of prison, we can ask him why he was wearing the problematic t-shirt that is said to be from zigger brand. But one shitty t-shirt doesn't make him a zigger. 🐵

We don’t know why he was filmed in that way, but this is the only “evidence” available on the entire internet — and Panzer himself has nothing like it on his social media. On the contrary, his Instagram features pro-Ukrainian content (source), and he follows Slovak pro-Ukrainian channels.

In 2024, Panzer fought on Ukrainian tournament (source), during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine! 🤝
Death to enemies!

The three-fingered myth about Panzer

Shortly after Panzer’s arrest, a photo appeared that was supposedly proofing that he had used in Zagreb the Serbian nationalist gesture—considered provocative by Croats, Bosniaks, and Albanians—the "three-finger salute". He did not.

The photo in which Panzer is making the three-finger gesture was in fact taken in Zagreb before a concert of Croatian nationalist and veteran of the Croatian War of Independence (Domovinski rat) Marko "Thompson" Perković. Panzer would not have traveled from Slovakia to attend such a concert if he viewed the world through the eyes of Serbian nationalists or chauvinists.

When Panzer (Michal Petriš) had a son, he posted a photo on Instagram with his daughter and newborn son, with Thompson’s song Son of Mine (Sine moj) playing in the background. There is also his photo (9th) from Zagreb with Thompson’s song King Tomislav (Kralj Tomislav) in the background.

So why did Panzer hold his fingers the way he did? We don’t know exactly, but it is certainly not an exclusively Serbian gesture. The gesture was used even before our era as the "Hand of Sabazios", the Thracian and Phrygian sky father. He became popular in the Roman Empire and was associated with Jupiter/Zeus and Bacchus/Dionysus.

In the newspaper Croatian Nation (Hrvatski narod), one can see that, just like Panzer, Ante Pavelić—the leader of Croatia during the Second World War—also used the three-finger gesture, and he was certainly not a Serbian nationalist.

In German-speaking countries, the gesture is known as the Schwurhand ("swear hand"), and it even appears on the coats of arms of Swiss towns such as Gommiswald and Gempen. Members of the German armed forces also used it during their ceremonial oath of allegiance, the Führereid ("Führer Oath"), including soldiers of the Reichswehr, Wehrmacht and the Waffen-SS.

Three fingers were also used in interwar Czechoslovakia, for example during the mobilization against the army of the Third Reich. After the WWII, a hybrid of the National Socialist salute and the three-finger Schwurhand gained some traction in Germany under the name Kühnengruß.

All of this is far closer to Panzer in terms of blood, faith, and politics than some Serbian gesture whose meaning 99 percent of Slovaks are not even aware of.

Freedom for Panzer! 🇸🇰
Za dom spremni! 🇭🇷
