"Fuck Identity, We Need Solidarity" - Pittsburgh Radical Perspectives
"The question of revolution may be one of a bygone era. Nevertheless, if we can still speak of a “revolutionary” task today, it is to nourish and cultivate the forms, practices, infrastructures, and tendencies that have potentiated rebellion—from mutual aid networks to neighborhood solidarities and car shows—and to encourage, strengthen, and embolden whatever has emerged in the wake of those summer months, to protect it from repression, confusion, or erasure. These oases must resolve themselves to grapple in open conflict from time to time, and with methods and resources which are in no way presupposed, but which are developed through tenuous determination."

So after looking at the popular time, I'm going to go live TONIGHT at 10pm EST! Join us at twitch.tv/getbreadpilled for a new show. We'll discuss the new format, go into why we had a hiatus, and cover some interesting news of the day, including coverage of the Amazon and Indian strikes, the Mysterious Monolith, and the continued bombing of the middle east.
"What these provocations should remind us is that power lies with the people. We have the power to strike, to shut things down and refuse to participate if the terms are not on the side of the people and the planet.

In the midst of a climate crises, rising fascist movements and deepening economic inequality, the challenges ahead of us are steep. But, as the words of artist El Zeft remind us, we also have a deep well of resolve and imagination to draw from.

Every movement and liberation practice within these provocations calls upon our own power to rupture and to act. They are a reminder — and a promise — that the people remember different ways and, perhaps more importantly, that the power of the people can, and will, build revolutionary futures."
