🟢 Al-Qassam Brigades: Targeting a Merkava tank and showering occupying forces with mortars

The resistance continues in Jabalia and north Gaza City
Why has Israel been trying to drag Hezbollah into total war since October?

Since the morning of October 8, Hezbollah entered the battle strictly as a supporting front to Gaza; this has been stated in almost every speech of secretary general Nasrallah

Beginning with targeting spying technology in border settlements, the rate of escalation moved higher but at a very slow rate. Hezbollah laid down a rule: escalation meets escalation, and the battlefield will make all the statements with no need for threats or Netanyahu-ish gibbering

From that point on, it was Israel who caused every escalation, and have regretted it every time. For months, the fighting was restricted to border skirmishes within a clear zone of activity, until Israeli bombs started dropping on deeper Lebanese territory. Hezbollah accordingly began targeting more and more settlements, not only military targets, setting the rules at “a civilian for a civilian”

It was Israel who began assassinations, reaching all the way into the Lebanese capital, to which Hezbollah responded with large salvos of rockets and eventually drone attacks targeting Nahariya then Occupied Akka and Haifa

The current situation stands at whole settlements being wiped out by Hezbollah, which is leaked and reported despite the Hebrew media blackout, in response to dozens of dozens of airstrikes on civilian houses in south Lebanon. Now, the northern front is almost lost for Israel, who keep threatening with a full-scale with only words.

But why does Israel continue to escalate? While it knows it can’t even achieve a tactical goal in Gaza and has exhausted its military capacity before even thinking of going north, not to mention having lost the last 5+ wars against Hezbollah…

Nasrallah said it clearly: On October 8, our accomplishment was preventing a preemptive strike by Israel on south Lebanon, which Israel was seriously considering. From then on, it was Israel’s biggest failure to make Hezbollah and the whole Axis strike first, and gain an “excuse” to bomb Lebanon, and maybe even Iran, maybe even nuke them? After all, what other goal was there for the bombing of the embassy in Damascus?

Both Hezbollah and Iran are masters of their crafts, and despite being put in a tough position by a surprise war, they’ve handled the case with great wisdom and tactical experience. They both know that the fall of Israel and the US is impending, and has been greatly accelerated by Israel’s war crimes and Western military failure – Against Yemen and Iran specifically, yet even in Gaza as the Yankees were shot to pieces. The Axis knows that a ceasefire at any moment now means the complete defeat of Israel and its imminent extinction; the fake nation will tear itself to shreds – it was already in that process before the war, after Netanyahu’s supreme court law: 'Nation'-wide protests, military pilots and commanders refusing service, settlers and fake leftists clashing bloodily, etc…

The plan was simple (in the simple minds of the West): take over Gaza within a couple of months, destroy the only direct border threat to the North, and strike at the heart of the resistance machine after a hopefully stupid mistake: Tehran

Well, that stupid mistake never came. In fact, it was Israel who committed it by bombing the embassy, and Iran who responded unexpectedly: Going to the UN and asking for only a condemnation, which never came, then informing all world superpowers of their right to respond under UN Charter stipulations, and eventually responding by bombing clear military targets while at the same time showcasing a fraction of their true capabilities… which shut Israel up, and destroyed the fierce image of the West in the world (even more than Ukraine did); the Yankees couldn't block a single Iranian missile? Not even with all the help from puppet kings of the region

In short, south Lebanon was supposed to be a second Gaza, but the perfect balance of savviness and fearlessness of the Axis leaders has turned the situation against the genocide state and prevented a possibly global war... for now
