The group has claimed responsibility for five separate attacks across five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Khyber, Peshawar, Lower Dir, South Waziristan, and Tank. However, none of these attacks have yet been independently verified.

According to ISPR, security forces intercepted and engaged a group of militants attempting to infiltrate from Afghanistan on the night of 29/30 October. During the exchange, Amjad Swati, deputy to TTP chief Noor Wali Mehsud and head of the outfitβs Rehbari Shura, was eliminated along with three accomplices.
ISPR identified Swati as a high-value target carrying a PKR 5 million bounty, wanted for orchestrating multiple terrorist attacks inside Pakistan while operating from sanctuaries across the border.

While traveling from Bajaur to Dir province on an operational mission, Muzahim and his associates were killed in what the group described as a βtreacherous attack.β
The statement denied claims that Muzahim was killed during a military operation, asserting instead that his death was the result of betrayal.
