Negotiations between the provincial government and the local jirga regarding the evacuation of Tirah Valley have been successfully concluded. According to jirga members, the Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Commissioner of Peshawar Division, and the Deputy Commissioner signed a comprehensive 35-point agreement at the Civil Secretariat.
Under the terms of the agreement, the relocation process is scheduled to commence on January 10, while the return of displaced families is anticipated on April 5. Jirga members confirmed that the agreement addresses key issues concerning the welfare, facilities, and rehabilitation of the affected population, with commitments made to ensure strict implementation of all provisions.
Meanwhile, local sources indicated that, in addition to Tirah, security forces have issued evacuation orders for residents of Bara Tehsil, including Spina Tegha, Kandori, and Alam Kili within the jurisdiction of the Akakhel tribe. Following these orders, some residents have begun relocating under self-organized arrangements.

During the operation, troops engaged affiliates of the TTP Kurram Wilayati Nizami Commission, Commander Saifullah. As a result of the engagement, 11 militants were neutralized, three others were injured, and one soldier was wounded and subsequently evacuated for medical treatment.
