TTP has claimed responsibility for today’s attack on a police patrol in the Gurguri area of Banda Daud Shah, District Karak. The group also confirmed that three of its militants were killed in a drone strike carried out two days ago, though it did not reveal their identities.
According to the group, five rifles and additional equipment were seized during the attack.
It is worth noting that the TTP Kaleem group is active in the area, and there are reports suggesting that its chief, Kaleemullah Wazir alias Saifullah, have been killed in the same strike.
