-β‘π/π΄: MONITORING
According to the 16th report of the UN Security Councilβs Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team, Sanaullah Ghafari (alias Shahab al-Muhajir) remains the leader of ISIL-K and frequently changes locations. He has played a key role in shaping the groupβs recruitment strategy. Operatives Abu Munzir and Kaka Younis reportedly recruited around 600 Central Asian volunteers, mainly from Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Some recruits traveled to Afghanistan, others stayed in their home countries, and some were sent to Europe. Most recruits were young, 17 to 18 years old, with the majority in their mid-20s and the oldest around 40, and had no prior links to terrorist groups. Many were recruited online through religious chat groups where ISIL-K handlers screened candidates for radicalization.

Two additional suicide attackers involved in the Boya Fort attack in North Waziristan have been identified by their aliases. One, known as Jarrar, was the suicide bomber who rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the fortβs gate. The other, identified as Zarkag, was an armed attacker who took part in the assault.
The security forces had placed the militantsβ bodies in Mina Market, where they remained unclaimed for an entire day. When no one came forward to claim the bodies, the security forces took them back today. Subsequently, the militants sent elders from Land to negotiate with the army. Following these negotiations, the bodies were handed over and were buried this evening in Land Syedabad.

Taliban-affiliated channels have released a video statement featuring an Afghan suicide attacker identified as Janullah Kochi, alias Ayubi Zahid, son of Dawlat Khan "Taqi" Jan Khil, who carried out a suicide attack in Pakistan. The exact time and location of the sucide attack remain unclear; however, according to militant sources, it took place "some time ago," and he was subsequently buried in Waziristan. He was a resident of Kochi Village, Momand Dara District
, Nangarhar Province.
He also bears a resemblance in look to one of the attackers involved in the Boya Fort attack (top left), although this is a tentative assessment, by me, based solely on appearance and cannot be confirmed with certainty.
