According to the DG ISPR, since 4 November 2025, a total of 356 terrorist incidents were reported across Pakistan. Of these, 264 occurred in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 88 in Balochistan, and 4 in the rest of Pakistan.
During the same period, security forces conducted 4,910 intelligence-based operations (IBOs), averaging 233 operations per day. Out of these, 1,387 IBOs were carried out in KP, 3,485 in Balochistan, and 38 in other parts of the country.
This intensive kinetic counter-terrorism campaign resulted in the elimination of 206 terrorists, including 8 Afghan nationals. Region-wise, 140 terrorists were neutralised in KP, 49 in Balochistan, and 17 in the rest of Pakistan.
During these operations and terrorist attacks, 57 individuals embraced martyrdom and 207 were injured. The casualties included:
-Pakistan Army: 22 martyrs, 106 injured
-Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs): 11 martyrs, 37 injured
-Civilians: 24 martyrs, 64 injured
