—The official outlet HIIP and its spokesperson are both based in Germany, which is consistent with the group’s affiliation with Al-Qaeda.
—The official media of Jammat-ul-Ahrar is based in Afghanistan.
This accounts for the decline in these groups’ media activity during the temporary internet suspension in Afghanistan.

and have been evacuated to a nearby hospital.
Security forces have secured the outer perimeter, and all access routes leading to the area have been blocked. Engagement with the assailants resulted in the neutralization of two attackers so far, while three of the attackers are still inside, as per CCPO
