សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយអង្គភាពអ្នកនាំពាក្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បានរៀបចំបាឋកថាពិសេសក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅសម្រេចចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០៥០» ដែលឧទ្ទេសនាមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន បូណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រតិភូអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានអង្គភាពអ្នកនាំពាក្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
បាឋកថានេះបានបង្ហាញពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់យុវជនក្នុងការក្លាយជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ អ្នកនវានុវត្តន៍ សហគ្រិន និងកម្លាំងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិ។ និស្សិតបានទទួលចំណេះដឹងអំពី យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១, ចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០៥០, ការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្ស ព្រមទាំងសារៈសំខាន់នៃការអប់រំ ជំនាញរឹង ជំនាញទន់ សីលធម៌ សុខភាព និងការយល់ដឹងអំពីព័ត៌មាន និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល។

Empowering Youth for Cambodia Vision 2050
Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), in collaboration with the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit, was honored to host a distinguished lecture on "Youth Participation Towards Achieving Cambodia Vision 2050" by H.E. Pen Bona, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and Head of the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit.
The inspiring session encouraged students to become knowledgeable, skilled, ethical, innovative, and responsible citizens who will contribute to Cambodia's sustainable development. Participants also gained valuable insights into the Royal Government's Pentagonal Strategy, human capital development, digital transformation, and media literacy in today's rapidly evolving world.
PUC sincerely thanks H.E. Pen Bona for sharing his valuable knowledge and inspiring our students, faculty, and staff to become active contributors to Cambodia's future.

H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of Pannasastra University of Cambodia, delivered an inspiring session to over 100 PUC students. The students are from Personal Growth class, which is instructed by H.E. Dr. Penh Vibol.
The session is held at AmCam Exchange on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana inspired the students by sharing real life experiences based on Six Pillars of Worthy Living: self-discipline, perseverence, consideration, contribution, humility, and gratitude.
