រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១៤រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦

កម្មវិធី “កិច្ចប្រជុំបុគ្គលិកទូទៅ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពបុគ្គលិក នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា” ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងជាផ្លូវការក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត កុលផេង វឌ្ឍនា អគ្គនាយកនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា។

ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តមបានលើកទឹកចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំដល់បុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ ឱ្យខិតខំពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងបន្តការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រជាប្រចាំ ដោយបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា៖ “យើងគឺជាអ្នកកំណត់អនាគតដោយខ្លួនឯង” ចូរខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ហើយមានមោទកភាពចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង ចំពោះស្ថាប័ន និងសង្គមជាតិទាំងមូល។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមចែករំលែកនូវចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ពីសំណាក់វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសជាច្រើនរូប ដូចជា លោក កុល ច័ន្ទណារិទ្ធ សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង រដ្ឋបាលទូទៅ និងគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្ស,
បណ្ឌិត សំ សំអាង សាកលវិទ្យាធិការធិបតី នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា,បណ្ឌិត ស៊ិន ម៉េងស្រ៊ុន សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរងជាន់ខ្ពស់ ទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការសិក្សា នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា, លោក សេង វណ្ណដេត នាយកប្រតិបត្តិការិយាល័យសិក្សាធិការ
និង បណ្ឌិត ហេង សិរីរតនា សាស្ត្រាចារ្យសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា។

កម្មវិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា និងវិទ្យាស្ថានភាសាបរទេសនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្រ្តកម្ពុជា, សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង, ព្រឹទ្ធបុរស, ព្រឹទ្ធបុរសរង, ជំនួយការព្រឹទ្ធបុរស, ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគ្រប់មហាវិទ្យាល័យ ការិយាល័យ និងបុគ្គលិកគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់។

ខ្លឹមសារសំខាន់នៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ក៏បានផ្តោតលើការអនុវត្តតាម «ស្តង់ដារទាំង ៥ នៃសាលាគំរូ» រួមមាន៖ លទ្ធផលសិក្សារបស់សិស្ស, ដំណើរការបង្រៀននិងរៀន, ការចូលរួមពីសហគមន៍, ប្រតិបត្តិការនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងសាលារៀន, និងគណនេយ្យភាព ក្នុងគោលដៅពង្រឹងទាំងចំណេះដឹង ក្រមសីលធម៌ សុខភាព និងតម្លាភាពក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃការងារបុគ្គលិក ដើម្បីជំរុញគុណភាពអប់រំឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។

On Monday, February 16, 2026, the "PUC General Staff Meeting and Staff Development Training" was officially held, presided over by H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.

In his opening remarks, His Excellency offered strong encouragement to all staff members to strengthen their capacities and engage in continuous learning. He emphasized, "We are the masters of our own future," urging everyone to work diligently and take great pride in their efforts, their institution, and the nation as a whole.

This training session also featured the sharing of knowledge and expertise from several distinguished speakers, including Mr. Kol Channarith, Vice President for General Administration & HRM; Dr. Sam-Ang Sam, PUC Chancellor, Dr. Sin Meng Srun, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Seng Vanndeth, Executive Director of the Office of Academic Affairs, and Dr. Heng Serey Rathana, PUC Academic Professor.

The program was attended by a large gathering of leaders from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and the PUC Institute of Foreign Languages, including Vice Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans, Assistant Deans, and the management of all departments and offices.

កិច្ចប្រគល់វិភាគទាន ជូនចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា បានផ្តល់កិត្តិយសជួបប្រតិភូនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយ បណ្ឌិត សំ សំអាង អធិការបតី អមដំណើរដោយសាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង និងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ។

ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជាបានប្រគល់ជូនវិភាគទានជាថវិកាចំនួន ១០លានរៀល ជូនដល់មូលធិនិសាមគ្គីនៃក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ដើម្បីទ្រទ្រង់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ និងបុគ្គលិកអប់រំ ដែលបានរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារសង្រ្គាម។ កាយវិការនេះបង្ហាញពីស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាពរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា ចំពោះបុគ្គលិកអប់រំទូទាំងប្រទេស និងការប្តេជ្ញាមុះមុតក្នុងការគាំទ្រវិស័យអប់រំជាតិ។

សាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា បញ្ជាក់សារជាថ្មីពីកិច្ចសហការជាបន្ត ជាមួយក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក្នុងការលើកតម្កើងកិច្ចអភិវឌ្ឍការអប់រំ និងទ្រទ្រង់សុខាមាលភាព និងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ នៃសហគមន៍អប់រំ ក្នុងគ្រាលំបាកនេះ។

Donation Presentation to H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia

H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia, graciously received the delegation from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia led by Dr. Sam-Ang Sam, Chancellor, accompanied by Vice Presidents and members of the University’s Management Team.

During the meeting, PUC presented a donation of 10 million Riels to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) Solidarity Fund in support of teaching staff affected by the war. The gesture reflects the University’s solidarity with educators across the Kingdom and its steadfast commitment to supporting the national education sector.

PUC reaffirms its continued partnership with MoEYS in advancing educational development and upholding the welfare, dignity, and resilience of Cambodia’s teaching community during this challenging time.
