Summary:
• The European Commission has proposed attaching a verified digital identity to every company operating in the EU.
• The plan is called EU Inc. and pairs a pan-European corporate legal structure with an EU Business Wallet holding a company's identity, ownership structure, and legal status.
• Under EU Inc., businesses could register anywhere in the EU within 48 hours for a maximum fee of €100.
• The Commission wants the European Parliament and Council to agree by the end of 2026, with the single market vision operational by 2028.
• Ursula von der Leyen framed it as just the beginning: "one Europe, one market, by 2028."
• The wallet links verified corporate credentials to the individuals authorized to act on the company's behalf, making owners and signatories traceable.
• It builds on eIDAS 2, which already requires all 27 member states to give citizens digital identity wallets by the end of 2026.
• The EU Business Wallet was first announced in November 2025 and isn't fully operational yet.
• The stated justification is administrative efficiency and anti-fraud, which are real problems, but the concern is what gets built along the way.
• Cindy Harper argues governments sell digital ID to businesses as a compliance requirement, so enrollment climbs before anyone objects at scale.
• The UK did this first with company directors: since 18 November 2025, directors and persons with significant control must verify their identity with Companies House via GOV.UK One Login.
• The government estimates 6 to 7 million people will need to verify by mid-November 2026, and without a verified code directors can't file statements or update company records.
• A flaw from an October 2025 Companies House update may have exposed directors' addresses, birth dates, and emails to other users for five months, during the same enrollment push.
• Companies House says this isn't a digital ID, which Cindy Harper calls technically careful but substantively hollow.
• A parliamentary petition against mandatory digital ID gathered almost 3 million signatures, but it formed around a separate national ID plan while the Companies House rollout proceeded quietly.
• The UK justification was anti-fraud under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, but Cindy Harper argues fraud reduction doesn't require universal enrollment.
• HMRC has since joined GOV.UK One Login, bringing it to over 200 government services; the Companies House requirement didn't create the system, it populated it.
• EU Inc. follows the same logic: the scheme is technically optional, but once authorities across 27 states request wallet credentials, opting out becomes impractical.
• What's being built in both cases is persistent verified identity at scale, enrolled through commercial obligation rather than civic choice.

Summary:
• Angela Lipps, a 50-year-old mother and grandmother from north-central Tennessee, was arrested at her home in July while babysitting four children.
• US marshals arrived with guns drawn, and she was booked as a fugitive from justice.
• The case began with bank fraud in Fargo, where someone used a fake US Army military ID to withdraw tens of thousands of dollars between April and May 2025.
• Detectives fed surveillance footage into facial recognition software, which returned the name Angela Lipps.
• A detective wrote in court documents that Lipps appeared to match the suspect based on facial features, body type, and hairstyle.
• Nobody from the Fargo police called Lipps before the marshals showed up at her door.
• She sat in a Tennessee county jail for 108 days waiting for North Dakota to arrange her transport, with no bail and facing four counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information and four counts of theft.
• Her attorney, Jay Greenwood, told InForum: "If the only thing you have is facial recognition, I might want to dig a little deeper."
• What eventually cleared Lipps was her bank records, which showed she had been more than 1,200 miles away in Tennessee during every transaction investigators said she committed in North Dakota.
• Lipps was released on Christmas Eve.
• While locked up and unable to pay bills, Lipps lost her home, her car, and her dog.
• When Fargo police released her, they didn't arrange her trip back to Tennessee; defense attorneys helped cover a hotel room and food over Christmas, and a local nonprofit, the F5 Project, got her home.
• As of the reporting from InForum, nobody from the Fargo police department had apologized.
• The Lipps case is not unusual: last October, an AI system at a Baltimore school identified a bag of Doritos as a firearm and notified police, who arrived armed at Kenwood High School, forced student Taki Allen to his knees, handcuffed him, and searched him, finding nothing.
• In the UK, Shaun Thompson, 39, had just finished a volunteer shift with Street Fathers when the Metropolitan Police's live facial recognition cameras flagged him outside London Bridge station; officers detained him for nearly half an hour, demanded his fingerprints, and threatened arrest even as he produced multiple forms of ID.
• Thompson is now bringing the first legal challenge of its kind against the Metropolitan Police's use of live facial recognition.
• These cases share a common architecture: a system makes an identification, human oversight treats that identification as reliable, and the person flagged has no recourse until significant damage has already been done.

What Breaks on GrapheneOS: Apps That Don't Work (2026) https://franklinetech.com/what-breaks-on-grapheneos/
Summary:
• Frankline Wegulo says most apps work fine on GrapheneOS, including sandboxed Google Play, most banking apps, maps, streaming, social apps, and most games.
• Almost all compatibility problems come from Google's Play Integrity API, which checks whether the phone is a certified Android device.
• GrapheneOS says it passes a stronger hardware-based attestation, but many developers choose to trust Google's certified-device list instead.
• Google Wallet tap-to-pay is the one permanent break, because it needs Google firmware attestation that a custom OS can't produce.
• Workarounds for tap-to-pay include a smartwatch with its own payment app, a bank's own NFC payment feature, or a physical card.
• GrapheneOS publishes a list of apps that block it, including Revolut, Strava, Authy, TextNow, and government ID apps like myGov, gov.br, Singpass, and SwissID.
• Frankline Wegulo notes that these blocks are developer policy choices, not security flaws in GrapheneOS.
• Banking apps mostly work, but some fail with a black screen, a "device isn't secure" warning, or a lockout after a grace period (Starling locked users out after 14 days).
• German banking coverage is broad, while UK and US coverage is patchier.
• Most games work; the exceptions are titles with strict anti-cheat that use Play Integrity.
• Android Auto works but needs sandboxed Google Play and sometimes extra tweaks.
• Some DRM 4K streaming apps may drop to lower resolution, and work MDM apps sometimes enforce certification.
• Battery life and performance are indistinguishable from stock Pixel Android.
• Frankline Wegulo suggests checking your bank and must-have apps against the ban list and privsec.dev list, deciding how you'll handle contactless payments, and testing hardware-dependent apps before switching.

Anti israeli war crime investigators share cyber utility for identifying infection on any machine based on Citizen Labs IoCs.

We have released a free open source tool 'Zero Breach' - that can identify whether a recent israeli spyware campaign left traces on your PC -  the one Citizen Lab exposed, where israeli ad-tech was used to infect journalists through 'no-click' ordinary ads.

It needs Python installed (python.org — tick "Add python.exe to PATH" during setup). Then open PowerShell in the folder where you saved it and run:

python -X utf8 zero-breach.py

It takes about 15 minutes. It only reads - it changes nothing, needs no admin, and never connects to the internet. It checks for 338 indicators and tells you if one of your browsers interacted with one of the infected ads in the past. (It also checks for Candiru infection)

Download it here: github.com/interplains/ze…

You can also check whether your browser or device already blocks these kinds of ads, without downloading anything, here:

archivegenocide.com/scan/

You are looking for a green result ✅ - if not, fix your browser settings, install an ad blocker / DNS resolver.

For phones: Tens of thousands of apps show these ads, so we suggest you set up a DNS resolver (NextDNS, AdGuard, or a router/Pi-hole blocklist) so your phone blocks all of them automatically.

We also publish ready-made blocklists you can subscribe to as well. Use them.

Pease report any issues in our telegram linked in bio

God bless.
