登录时候提示"This phone number is banned"/"此手机号码已被封禁"，说明此手机号已经被 Telegram 官方封了，不能登录也不能注销

解决办法:
1，点"Help/帮助"发邮件申诉，间隔一会儿多发几次，也别太频繁发送
2，如果发了多次，并且等了几天也没解封，那就无解了
3，也可以尝试发Twitter和邮件给官方
4，每个账号的情况不同，有人成功了也有人没成功，没法一概而论

如何防止被封：
1，不要发广告
2，不要私聊别人，不要私聊，不要私聊
3，不要被举报(私聊被举报，或被管理员ban+举报)
4，不要用接码平台的号码，接码平台的号基本上全都别人用过了，用过发过广告的
5，谨慎使用GV等等虚拟号码，有些GV是已被人用过的
6，不要使用不靠谱的代理
7，同一个IP或网络批量注册几百上千个账号也可能会被封
8，某个群开了"强力反垃圾"，你在里面的发的消息或链接，被误认为成广告了，这个功能误删误封很严重。如果知道哪个群开了这个功能，就退群吧。

#账号被封禁怎么办？ #解封

TG账户限制解除方案：（不敢保证能达到100%，但是实用！亲测）

先检查看是不是有时间限制，要是有时间限制的就等他解除，看不懂的用翻译。
在没显示时间限制的情况下会出现：（禁止在公开群说话的）
