The Protestants hate for Catholicism is only surpassed by the jews hated of Catholicism
Forwarded from Pure World Truth
This ideology is straight up Protestant nonsense and narcissistic. Christianity is inherently communal; believers are described as members of the Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-27), and Jesus Himself emphasizes the importance of community, stating that where two or three are gathered in His name, He is present among them (Matthew 18:20). The Catholic Church, instituted by Christ, is not only the means by which individuals are incorporated into the life of grace through the sacraments but also the context in which believers support one another in faith. Therefore, personal faith cannot be separated from the wider Church, as the community is essential to living out the full expression of one's relationship with Jesus.
