๐๐๐THE SECOND WEEK OF CAMP 1 IS IN THE PROCESS!
Within the project โECAMPUZ European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHEโ, co-funded by the European Union ๐ช๐บ๐ช๐บ๐ช๐บ, a two-week educational training CAMP 1 is being conducted from September 18 to September 30, 2023 in Tashkent.
On September 25-26, students were trained at the department of โFood Safety and Technology of Production of Functional Productsโ of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.
Professors and teachers from the University of Extremadura ๐ช๐ธ and the University of Copenhagen๐ฉ๐ฐ introduced Uzbek students to modern knowledge, innovative technologies and methods of analysis in the field of food. Also, the participants, under the guidance of Professor Jorge Ruiz-Carrascal of the University of Extremadura and with the support of LLC Promeat ๐ฅฉ employees, tested the sausage production technology on equipment installed in the departmentโs laboratory.
