Characteristics of Action Research
Many scholars have attempted to characterize action research in terms of a school based research. McDonough proposes four characteristics of action research as
follows-
1. It is participant-driven and reflection.
2. It is collaborative.
3. It leads to change and the improvement of practice not just knowledge in itself.
4. It is context-specific.
Action research is implemented in a classroom by a particular teacher or group of teachers who work together to pursue a change or improvement in their teaching and learning issues.

अर्थव्यवस्था के क्षेत्र –
💎 अर्थव्यवस्था की आर्थिक गतिविधियों को निम्नलिखित 3 श्रेणियों में बाँटा गया है –
1⃣प्राथमिक क्षेत्र - अर्थव्यवस्था का वह क्षेत्र जहाँ प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को पक्के तौर पर प्राप्त किया जाता है यथा उत्खनन,कृषि कार्य,पशुपालन,मछली पालन,इत्यादि। इसी क्षेत्र को कृषि एवं संबंधी (agriculture and allied activities) गतिविधियां भी कहा जाता है।
2⃣ द्वितीयक क्षेत्र - अर्थव्यवस्था का वह क्षेत्र जो प्राथमिक क्षेत्र के उत्पादों अपनी गतिविधियों में कच्चे माल (raw material ) की तरह उपयोग करता है वित्तीय क्षेत्र कहलाता है। उदाहरण के लिए लौह एवं इस्पात उद्योग, वस्त्र उद्योग, वाहन, बिस्किट केक इत्यादि उद्योग। वास्तवमें इस क्षेत्र में विनिर्माण (manufacturing )कार्य होता है यही कारण है कि इसे औद्योगिक क्षेत्रक भी कहा जाता है।
3⃣तृतीयक क्षेत्र - इस क्षेत्र में विभिन्न प्रकार की सेवाओं का उत्पादन किया जाता है; यथा - बैंकिंग, बीमा, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा, पर्यटन इत्यादि। इस क्षेत्र को सेवा क्षेत्र के रूप में भी जाना जाता है।

✅ The economic activities of the economy are divided into the following 3 categories –
✍️ Primary Sector - The economic activities which take place while exploiting the natural resources fall under it, such as mining, agricultural activities, oil exploration, etc. When agriculture sector (one of the sub-sectors of the primary sector) contribute minimum half of the national income and livelihood in a country it is called an agrarian economy.
✍️ Secondary Sector - It contains all of the economic activities under which the raw materials extracted out of the primary sector are processed (also called industrial sector). One of its sub-sectors, manufacturing, has proved to be the largest employer across the western developed Economies. When secondary sector brings in minimum half of the national income and employment in a country it is called an industrial economy.
✍️ Tertiary Sector - All of the economic activities where services are produced fall in this sector, such as education, healthcare, banking, communication, etc. When this sector contributes minimum half of the national income and livelihood in a country it is called a service economy.
